First time customer. They came referred through a friend. They did quality work at a fair price and were finished when they said they’d be. Highly recommended. Definitely go here.

I moved to Liberty in 2017, and these guys were good the first few years I brought my cars in to get fixed.. Spent thousands of dollars at this place.. The last year or two, their service has gone way downhill.. Last 3 or 4 times, I've brought my car in to get fixed.. They claimed to have fixed the issue and never did.. For example, my car would squeak every minute or so when my AC was on... They claimed it to be a loose belt tensioner or something of that nature... I told them to fix it... I get the car back, and it's still doing the exact same squeaky noise with the AC on... I get a check engine light code for an evap leak... Tell them to fix it, and after a few days of getting it back, the same evap leak code is back on... I took it back to them a second time, and they claim to fix it.. The code is off for a couple of days, but then right back on.. Another thing, the last 3 or 4 times my car would be done, but they wouldn't bother to call me to say it was.. I would have to call a day or two after it was done to get it back.. Of course, they would come up with an excuse that they did call, and it probably came across as a spam number.. Which never happened, i double-checked all my phone records, and they didn't call me once or leave a voice message saying my car was done.. I know they used to leave me voice messages the first few years my car was done... I even made sure they had the right cell phone number, which i have had for the past 15 years, and they did... Sadly to say, I won't be doing business with these people anymore, where as I get the feeling they could care less... I was always polite with everything they did or didn't do... But enough is enough..

Had them R&R a broken driver side mirror on a 17 Prius. Dropped off the vehicle at closing, it was ready for pick up the next day. Spoke with Dana and Amanda both were extremely professional and detail oriented. Thank you ToyTechs!

I have a 2000 tundra sr5. It wouldn't start when I was leaving a job 40 miles from home. If it was the starter it would have been $820 which is reasonable because you have to take the intake manifold off to get to it. The amazing mechanic's took the time to diagnose it. $82.00 later they just replaced my positive battery hook up. Knowing that I would have paid the $820. Solid honest mechanics are hard to find. They now have my business for life!

They fix what they can at reasonable prices and if they cannot fix it, they recommend great and honest mechanics! These folks get you answers and fix cars right.

Great place to take the most troubled challenge for the do-it-yourselfers after all else fails
Worth the time and money spend

Toytechs has been a staple in Liberty from what I understand. Visiting has made me realize the truth of why that is. Great service, and quick to finish regular maintenance work.
They are honest, providing great advice. I took my Prius there a while ago for a new battery and they told me “you can do this for much cheaper than a mechanic, it’s not hard.” They were right I replaced the battery myself for a fraction of the cost. Grateful to have them in my backyard.

I called at the end of Jan/beginning of Feb to get my car looked at. I suspected that the transmission had gone out and set up an appointment to take it to toytech. They "diagnosed" the car with needing a new transmission and quoted me about $3,000+. I said I would think about it because my car is only worth about that much anyway. I called another shop and they quoted me around $2,000 for the job. I paid the diagnostic fee and towed it to the other shop. The new place called me to report that toytech misdiagnosed the car and it only needed an axle repair. Not too happy with toytech's attempt to scam me.

This used to be my go-to mechanic, for years for my whole family. But lately they have changed for the worse and seem to have gotten greedy. Prices compared to service Have greatly increased over the past year or two in my experience.

Great shop for repairs, especially for Japanese & Korean imports. I've always been happy with their service. Amanda goes above and beyond to find the best new & used parts!
