I absolutely love it here. She does such a great job and I feel my dog is safe. I also really like how I don't have to leave him there all day. She calls when he's ready and I can pick him up.

First time visit. She did a pretty good job with our dog. Not exactly what I was expecting but that takes time. The grooming looks more like a Westie than a cairn terrier but I expect we will communicate better next time. All in all a pleasant experience and he looks much better than he did. The price is reasonable and overall we were pleased with her friendliness and service. I would give 4 1/2 stars.
