Sprue Brothers had Transformers models still in stock that were sold out or selling above MSRP on other sites. I was happy to see I could get my friend's favorite Soundwave and Ravage still for a reasonable price. The model arrived in a sturdy box with filling to protect it which is always a concern when I order models due to broken pieces. Absolutely would recommend and purchase again from Sprue Brothers.

I contacted them about a damaged item I received from them. Even though I complimented them first on the service I've been receiving over the years (I've been buying from them for many years), their response to this matter was blatantly rude. They argued that if the item was still usable it is not their problem. It was an expensive item and the level of damage was not acceptable to me. I was told I could return the item but would have to pay the cost thereof. In my experience, their attitude towards their customers when support is needed is frankly disgusting and I relayed my opinion to them. The same day they blocked my account but that is fine because I will never do business with this company again. It's all good when there is no problem, but the moment you need support they turn on you, even after more than 15 years of supporting them.

Placed an order on Nov 28th, received confirmation email but 2 weeks later still no update on processing or shipping. No one answers the phone, emailed customer service during working hours numerous times with no reply.

This is the number one hobby supplier on my list.Their customer service is the best I’ve ever dealt with.I had an order with several model kits and when the package arrived, one of the items was missing.I contacted them and they shipped another immediately, no questions asked.Who else does that????I recently ordered two items, but one of the items was not available when they received my order.They not only refunded the cost of the item, but the shipping cost as well.I cannot express how grateful I am to be a customer of their great company.Keep up the good work Sprue Brothers.Like I stated, your number one for my hobby needs!

I have made a number of purchases from Sprue Brothers Models and have been very satisfied with their products and service. When a kit I ordered recently was out of stock, the customer service representative was very kind and apologetic and shipped me a replacement kit that was actually an upgrade from the one I ordered. It is a pleasure dealing with a company where service still matters.
