Great barbers, very kind and do exactly what you tell them and more to make your haircut the best it can be. They provide a short vibrating back massage and wash your hair for you after it's cut. Great conversation too, definitely recommend

I've had issues at local Sportclips, and have been going to this one recently to avoid previous issues, however today I had a horrible experience when checking out after my haircut. The chip reader on the card machine was broken, and after several attempts to run my card, they manually entered the numbers and the transaction went through and displayed pending on my card application. When noting this to the staff, who said the transaction was still not successful, a manager/supervisor cutting another man's hair came over and yelled at me that "that doesn't mean the transaction went through". They proceeded to hold me hostage at the register for the next 15 minutes while just about every staff member came over to check out what was going on. During this time, 2 other people checked out and were on about their day, while I was still upfront being told the payment didn't go through. After 15 minutes or so, they told me that it was successful and that I was able to go, without having to see my card again like they initially said they would. Horrific customer service skills all around, and I don't appreciate being yelled at in any circumstance, let alone while trying to get a haircut. Enjoy the $7 tip that I entered before this whole issue, it might keep you guys afloat until the market corrects your horrible business practices.

The woman who cut my son's hair was rude. She got huffy with me because I couldn't remember what number to use on the sides for my son's hair. When I tried to give her my phone number to look up our info to look at the note she made it very obvious I was inconveniencing her. This is why I come here because they make a note of what cut and blade numbers look best for my son's hair. When she was cutting my son's hair she was yanking his head back when she was combing and cutting his hair and he was visibly uncomfortable. When I asked him afterwards if his haircut hurt (because it certainly looked like it!) He said yes and was afraid to speak up because he could tell she was angry. This is not ok! If you are in a mood I get that, but don't take it out on my child's head. He had nothing to do with it and shouldn't have had to deal with it. I did not get the woman's name but she had blonde curly hair, glasses, tattoos, and one massive chip on her shoulder. We will not be returning. $28 plus tip for a service like that is unacceptable.

I have gotten my haircut at Sport Clips approximately every 10-14 days every year since 2008. I've generally been happy with their services, although it's declined in recent years with the quality of cuts I'm getting. I have a busy schedule though so being able to get on the wait list the day of my availability has kept me coming back. Here within the last year the wait list system has become flawed though. I've noticed on multiple occasions when my quoted time has moved up by over 30 minutes and/or I show up at my quoted time to only wait an additional 30 minutes. I've mentioned these issues multiple times to staff, I know it's not their fault, but I doubt the complaints get passed on. Well today will be the last issue I have to endure with their waitlist system. My quoted time was moved up over 20 minutes, and when I wasn't able to make it in time due to drive time my spot and my son's spot were removed from the wait list. When I attempted to get back on the wait list they were not accepting anymore customers due to them closing in an hour. When I called the store to see if there was any way they could make room at least for my son (being that I was removed from the wait list by no fault of my own), a staff member told me, "yeah, the wait list system sucks, nothing we can do, you can come in another day." No, actually I think with your declining quality of product, and unwillingness to work with long time customers I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Too many options now to stay with an inferior company...Services: Kids' cuts

I like the fact that these facilities are available on Monday which is my only weekday off. Even though they are now fully staffed again, there is always a wait of an hour or so. Excellent Thai food is literally next door so I just check in and then eat. I seldom wait more than 5 more minutes for service after eating. The stylists are always friendly and talented at their trade. I have never been unhappy with a visit.

I feel like it's over priced for kids haircuts, especially considering the quality. For 25 dollars I would expect the hair cut to be perfect... I took my 2 boys there for the first time. Shay did a decent job on my younger son, though his hair has to be styled to look right. She had to fix the other hairstylist's job on my older son, as she did not know how to fade and blend his hair, and left it very choppy.

The service these ladies provide is fantastic. They put forth so much effort from the time they open until the time they close. They are all well trained and qualified for the task at hand. They talk to you friendly, I always leave a happy customer. Looking forward to my next haircut.

If you respect your time don't come hereWe made an appointment using their app.We got a text message that we are the next in lineWhen we got there they told us we have to wait another hour.The excuse they had that it is estimated time and it happens all the time.Needless to say I kept getting a text message that I am in the next line a few times.

Nice staff. Get to have great conversation. I appreciate the online waitlist/check in system - havent had an issue getting a haircut when i need it - and the after haircut wash, massage, and hair styling.

The lady who calls herself a hairstylist need to learn how to hear what her customer is saying and stop showing attitude to her customersWent in for a haircut got checked in by a polite lady and then got greeted with a lady who is full of attitude who decides to give hair cut after getting done with hair cut takes in for a hair washUpon coming back she decides she didn’t finish yet and want to cut the hair againWhat is the purpose of getting hair wash when u gonna get hair allover you again ??????And when asked why am I getting haircut again she decides to stop everything in the middle throw the things away and walks to bill me ??????????I’ve been to so many hair salons but this is kinda weird and felt stupid being around this place spending 28$ for an haircut and wash where ur specialist doesn’t wanna answer basic questionsNever coming back to this place again and will make sure recommend other places to anybody and everybody I know
