Don't get your haircut here . They will mess it up, and you will have to return a second or third time for somebody else to mess it up again.

Genuinely just received the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I gave reference photo of my hair before and said please don’t go any shorter than this. She then proceeded to cut all my hair off to the point I had to tell her to stop and didn’t even want to see the finished product. I will be wearing hats til it grows back. it’s so bad.

Booking software is terrible and the people inside are no help. System told me I was up in 15 minutes, so I got to the shop with 2 minutes to spare, because as I walked in I got a text saying batter up. They had already canceled my appointment, and their only answer was well we can put you back on the list, over an hour later. Won’t be coming back.

Great barbers, very kind and do exactly what you tell them and more to make your haircut the best it can be. They provide a short vibrating back massage and wash your hair for you after it's cut. Great conversation too, definitely recommend

I've had issues at local Sportclips, and have been going to this one recently to avoid previous issues, however today I had a horrible experience when checking out after my haircut. The chip reader on the card machine was broken, and after several attempts to run my card, they manually entered the numbers and the transaction went through and displayed pending on my card application. When noting this to the staff, who said the transaction was still not successful, a manager/supervisor cutting another man's hair came over and yelled at me that "that doesn't mean the transaction went through". They proceeded to hold me hostage at the register for the next 15 minutes while just about every staff member came over to check out what was going on. During this time, 2 other people checked out and were on about their day, while I was still upfront being told the payment didn't go through. After 15 minutes or so, they told me that it was successful and that I was able to go, without having to see my card again like they initially said they would. Horrific customer service skills all around, and I don't appreciate being yelled at in any circumstance, let alone while trying to get a haircut. Enjoy the $7 tip that I entered before this whole issue, it might keep you guys afloat until the market corrects your horrible business practices.

Terrible customer service. After waiting for my turn and being the next up, 3 of the 4 barbers went on break and left me sitting in the lobby. I thought I would give the place a try but will not be back.

My husband has had his hair cut there twice now and they have both been TERRIBLE cuts. I mean I thought he tried cutting his own before I knew he went here. Would not recommend.

The woman who cut my son's hair was rude. She got huffy with me because I couldn't remember what number to use on the sides for my son's hair. When I tried to give her my phone number to look up our info to look at the note she made it very obvious I was inconveniencing her. This is why I come here because they make a note of what cut and blade numbers look best for my son's hair. When she was cutting my son's hair she was yanking his head back when she was combing and cutting his hair and he was visibly uncomfortable. When I asked him afterwards if his haircut hurt (because it certainly looked like it!) He said yes and was afraid to speak up because he could tell she was angry. This is not ok! If you are in a mood I get that, but don't take it out on my child's head. He had nothing to do with it and shouldn't have had to deal with it. I did not get the woman's name but she had blonde curly hair, glasses, tattoos, and one massive chip on her shoulder. We will not be returning. $28 plus tip for a service like that is unacceptable.
