I stood by the section where all the samples are for 20 minutes and no one ever asked me if I needed help. One tall thin guys comes over to tell a woman that her paint was ready. Looked at me, then never came back. I go to the counter and this same tall guy tells me who’s all ahead of me. I was there before any of those ppl. Some other guy was there. I guess he’s there for nothing, because that’s exactly what he was doing. Some young girl was obviously being trained. Back to the tall skinny guy. Someone needs to have a talk with him about his hygiene. He was stinking. He was also rude. Each color sample that he found for me he came and threw it on the counter in front of me instead of handing it to me. He was obviously prejudice. Little did he know I didn’t want to touch his bad body odor hands either. I have no plans of ever going back to your location. My money is green and spends just like the next person.

I went in with a paint chip to get color matching then bought a small sample of the paint. I specifically asked for a matte paint. This is not what I was given and it wasn't even close to matching. Very disappointed and will be shopping elsewhere for paint.

We walked in today needing some help getting samples mixed and getting some good advice. I want to give a HUGE shout-out to Phil. Not only did he know what he was talking about, dude couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Seriously awesome employee. Couldn't say enough good stuff. We have samples and when we decide which one we'll be back to get paint for the whole first floor.

Worst experience ever!! I felt like Steve did not want to mix up any paint, he also had a horrible attitude to my painter>>appalled at how he acted!! We left there with over $230 worth of product AND they did NOT have white paint in stock. I asked if we could have another store ship to this store the white & I was shocked by the answer. So I now have to go somewhere else to obtain my exterior white paint. I was so excited to start this project & when I left the store I was absolutely speechless. Not sure if I will ever go back to the Liberty, MO store.

First time in this store. A young man named Greg helped me and was very knowledgeable on there products and color matched some paint for me. I will definitely return to this store in the future, hopefully Greg will be on hand to help me.
