You can find many good deals at Ross, but they seem to always be short staffed. However, the people that are there are mostly very kind. Good help is difficult to find these days!

The girl in the back was rude when we walked back to try things on and rude when we got back out. She needs to work on her customer service skills because that was terrible. I was going to buy things but put them back because I wanted to leave. Get better employees.

This is what one might expect - a bare bones mostly clothing discount store. I found it all a mixed bag. Racks and racks of clothes is not particularly easy to browse especially for more than one person. Definitely time consuming. Help on the floor is non-existent. You're on your own. Checkout got the job done without personality. If one is looking for a variety of discounted clothes, has plenty of time, and doesn't care or otherwise need assistance you might like the experience. I didn't. It really depends on you.
