shop is conviently located on 291. friendly service.but what is great is 93 octane gas for a cheaper price than casey;s 91 octane. 11 cents cheaper.

Just stopped in there for cigs. The (don't no what to call her) lady ,is sooo rude, unpleasant an she was put out because she had to stop what she was doing to wait on me .iv delt with her before In Mosby...she must be the unhappy est women on this planet,next time I see her car there I will keep on driving

Update:I started going back to this gas station several weeks ago.All of the cashiers have produced exemplary behaviors in the past several weeks, and there are always at least 2 employees working (I still haven't bought fuel from here because I won't risk the loss of a receipt).Zerlinda remembered that I've been buying powerball tickets, and this time she specifically asked me if I hit. I said "no" and she offered to print the numbers again. I was impressed (she may be ownership/corporate material...she knew who I was, yet, still maintained professionalism and practiced humility to gain confidence in a disgruntled customer).As a business owner, I'm all about a company that makes improvementsbased on customer feedback. They've displayed that.Well played, Zerlinda.?1st Post:I've been coming to this gas station for almost 10 years. I can't remember one time they've been able to break a $100 bill for me, they normally can't break a $50 bill for me, and now that they have new gas pumps put in, I can't get a receipt out of it.I explained to Zerlinda, the only cashier that was working, that it's important and that I need it for tax information. She told me she doesn't know how to get the gas receipt.... and we're not talking about a polite response, we're talking about a very rude, "I don't know how to do that". How ridiculous is that? How about YOU pay thousands of dollars in quarterly taxes every couple of months and tell me you don't want a receipt. Fat chance.I don't know how this company has four stars for reviews. Obviously, they're fake reviews. I know this because the cashier that I'm talking about, Zerlinda, has a fake review on here with me.Convenience stores are about convenience. What's convenient about not being able to buy an item with cash? What's convenient about having to go back inside to get your gas receipt, just to find out you can't even get the receipt? What's convenient about having to stand in a line with six or seven people for several minutes because there's only one person working?This is by far one of the worst gas station I've been to. The only reason I kept it up for this long is because I live two blocks down the street.Furthermore, what happened to customer service? Why do people have to be rude to customers? When I'm in there, which I am regularly, it's almost like the employees talk to the customers like the questions they have are an inconvenience.Your JOB is customer service! If a person wants to check their powerball, don't heavily sigh like it's ruining your day. If somebody has a question about a receipt, don't seem frustrated that you have to print it off. If somebody has questions about different flavor tobacco products, don't rush through it and make them feel like they're an inconvenience. The customer service here is the worst!These people just lost a 10-year customer. Thanks for never being able to break my cash, and thanks for not being able to give me a receipt. Awesome.To all patrons, go someplace more "convenient" than this convenience store. You'll appreciate the advice.

This place sucks go 4 blocks to quick trip. I paid for $20 worth of gas with a $100. The lady took my $. Then she realised she didn't have enough change. She shut the drawer and said it will be 5 minutes or so till i can give you change. I was already running late to get my son to his basketball game. If she would have said something before she put up my $ and shut the register i would have said nevermind and drove 4 blocks to quick trip. I had to stand and watch her ring people up for 5 to 7 minutes while running late. I was very unhappy
