Signed up for Vital Care and not told it was a subscription for a year $24.99 a month !!! We get to spend $24.99 to save $15.00 a month!! Something is wrong!! Their help needs more training or set-up an area just for this!! Won’t let you cancel!!! Can’t wait to ride this out till February, then I’ll be going to PetSmart!!

Sucks waiting in line when you have a nut allergy and they have the treat bar there for the dogs by the register. Tried to speak to a manager none spoke to me. Would really like to see a resolution as there are others with severe allergies that could end up hospitalized. Luckily for me my medication was enough to keep me out of the hospital however for the next person might not be so lucky if they aren't paying attention to what is in the treat bar. But you would think a company would want to keep customers safe and not have it RIGHT next to the resisters.?

The employees are fantastic! One lady saved a bag of dog food for me that's hard to find then made sure my coupon was working to my best advantage. The only reason I gave it 4 was because some of the aisles are tight and I knocked a couple things off oops. Maybe I deserve the 4?

Saturday morning I had a very distressing experience at the Petco in Liberty, and I feel compelled to share it. My dog, Hudson, has been having seizures and we believe he may have been traumatized during a previous grooming visit elsewhere so we decided to try Petco instead. Despite giving him anti-seizure medication, Hudson began having a seizure as soon as we walked into the Petco grooming salon.
Instead of offering us any kind of support or understanding, the lady at the front desk began screaming, "we can't take him if he's having a seizure." This reaction was not only unhelpful but also incredibly insensitive given the situation. My boyfriend and I were already stressed and trying to comfort Hudson, and her behavior only added to our distress.
A little compassion and professionalism go a long way, especially when dealing with a situation as serious as a dog having a seizure. We were fully aware that they couldn't groom him under those circumstances, but a kind word or some empathy would have made a difficult situation a bit more bearable.
I hope that Petco can provide better training for their staff in handling such situations with the care and sensitivity they deserve.
