We had a discrepancy on my receipt , and it was confusing to myself and the employees but we all handled it with grace and figured it out. They made it right. I shop there a lot and I will continue to do so with the customer service I received.

There's a decent selection of shoes for guys, but man sizes are hard to find in 10.5, 11, or 11.5. they also don't really carry wide shoes much so if you have wide feet like mine look elsewhere or order them online.

Hard to find what section is for kids size. They are all mixed together and spread throughout. No signage. I always shop here and cannot ever figure out where I need to find my young kid and older kids shoe size. I finally went to famous footwear again. So well done there. Each isle is labeled and there is a huge selection. Also very clean but not at shoes off broadway.

These people are so rude. I came in last night at 15 till close in heels that were clearly killing my feet as I was hobbling. I just needed a pair of comfortable black flats to wear right then. As soon as I stepped in the front door, a girl said “just so you know we close at 6.” in a rude tone. No problem, I knew what I needed and that I’d be quick. I try on two pairs of black flats and two other girls come along next to me and put the flats back in the boxes where they belong that I tried (mind you I wasn’t finished with them yet) trying to rush me along. It had been 2 or 3 minutes since I walked in the store and I was making my final selection. So, I hobble up to the checkout with 10 minutes to spare. Same dark haired rude little girl checking me out that had an attitude when I walked in. More attitude. I’m going to pass on this place in the future. I could almost understand the attitude if I was lollygagging, acting like I had hours to choose my purchase. I was aware that they were about to close. I’ve worked retail and understand that you want to go home. The attitude is absolutely unnecessary.

The store is clean. I looked around the store and found the perfect shoes that I wanted to purchase. Went to the register and waited and waited. No one ever came up so I could be checked out. You couldn't tell who worked there as there was no identification. I left the shoes on the counter and went home. Found the same shoe on Amazon for $21 less.

Very clean and nice store. I bought 2 pair shoes. 1 pair flats to wear to wedding. Fit good and comfortable. I am 81 so no longer wear heels. But love as many choices they have. Going to another wedding and need flats to go with champagne dress. Will go into store in few weeks.

We just bought a pair but when we got up to the register there was no one there they were all working hard putting away stock. When we ask if there was someone to help us check out the lady that came up was very rude. We understand that they have other things to do but we also our customers that needed to purchase something from their store. All we expect is kindness.
