Tech was quick with tests but waited an hour on the nurse practitioner to provide results. We had an appointment but nurse practitioner is very slow. While it’s great to spend time with patients, this is a minute clinic.

Never coming here for diagnostic work again. Went in with a sore throat and joint pain and wished to rule out covid, flu and strep. All came back negative but I wasn't told what I actually had. When I began to ask questions, I could tell the practitioner was getting defensive. She even stated that I should take off work even though I was negative for everything because I could still be contagious. When I asked what it could be, she said it could still be covid.So here I am, with obvious symptoms of something but instead of running any further tests to diagnose, she was dead set on covid.Long story short, I was basically thrown out of the clinic for asking for proper diagnosis.I literally paid for nothing, received no conclusion, and was thrown out for asking questions.In addition, I am now receiving messages from another cvs about a prescription I was not aware of and have been on hold with them for nearly 19 minutes and it's NOTthe one I went to.Save yourself the frustration. Go to an actual doctor's office. What should have been an easy in-and-out procedure, turned into hours of unnecessary stress.

Very professional and super convenient! On a Saturday I booked an appointment and got in at a convenient time for me. The checkin nurse was very thorough and with my vitals, Covid test and insurance docs. I saw Ashley B (NP) who diagnosed and prescribed the meds for my illness. I will totally use them again! Thanks!

No one was around when I went in. I attempted to begin the process at the check-in kiosk and it was a joke. Only vague questions related to covid and nothing else. Filled out like an 8 page thing only to be told there were no appointments.

The clinic at this CVS it’s a joke. After I was prescribed the medicine which did not help with my situation I keep calling to speak to the doctor and was told oh someone will call you within 24 hrs and they did not contact me back like they should have I called two days in a row and their customer service can’t do anything but leave them a message and tell you wait if you don’t hear back call us only to be told the same thing over and over that someone will call you back and no one does. This clinic should not be operating business and services to people. You should just shut down if you cannot handle a simple task to call your patient back when they need help.

Two of the kindest ladies, a nurse and LPN, helped me. They were so wonderful, it made my experience so positive. I highly recommend this clinic for any urgent care needs or if you don't have a PCP just yet, they've been amazing to me each time I've visited. Thank you so much!!

Waiting 2 hours finding they dont bill UnitedHealthcare/ children medicaid for vaccines...Their computer never told me that ..It should of stated that on the computer when I signed in

First off said it was going to be an hour wait so I waited in the parking lot then pulled back around to get in line. I was in the line for 40 min because apparently this person was having problems with a credit card and decided to take the phone call in the line.... so I finally get over to the other lane after being stuck behind that woman for almost an hour. Tell them the info again takes 15 min for them to get it I get home open it up to give to my sick 8 month old and it's f****** powder because they didn't even mix the liquid. Let's just say I could kill someone I drove an extra 15 min in the middle of the night to get his meds on a holiday because he needs them and now I can't even give them to him because the d*** asses at this pharmacy don't know how to do there job correctly. Someone needs to train their damn employees or shut this place down.

I’ve used the liberty location 3x now. Only because I work in Liberty. Each time there is a horrible wait and there is not a line of people waiting so that doesn’t explain the long wait.

I took my friend here today when she was sick and they hadn’t kept a copy of her insurance on file from her last visit. She was looking for the photo she had of it on her phone and after about a minute, the nurse practitioner Krista Keeler told my friend to leave the office if she couldn’t find it. She was super upset being sick and feeling awful then told to leave the doctors office. The nurse was extremely rude and I wouldn’t ever go back.

This pharmacy was so inefficiently run that I have to say that its by far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. If you want to get your script in a timely manner, avoid this pharmacy! They had plenty of employees that could have rung customers up but they all looked at the long line that had formed and just ignored it. There was one cashier and she had to have just started today, I felt sorry for her because she could not get any co-workers to help her with questions that she had. It looked like they had 7 or so employees running around in complete chaos not working with each other to assist getting guests checked out. Except for the cashier, the employees I encountered were rude and not eager to help anyone find what they needed.
