Refreshing.
Customer service has taken a back seat at most places I've been for a long time, not here.
Sara and Miley went above and beyond to explain the process in such an efficient way. I will continue to purchase phones, add lines and make payments at this location.

I’ve been trying to reach out for days now, and I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone. It’s incredibly frustrating not to receive any response, especially when you have urgent inquiries or issues.
The lack of communication leaves me questioning if the business is even still operating. Are they closed? Understaffed? Ignoring customers? It’s impossible to tell.

Sarah and Miley have been so helpful every time we have come into the store. We drive all the way from Raytown just to go to this particular store because we love them. When I got new phones for my family, Sarah helped me find a store that had our phone in stock because that store didn't. Miley helped us figure out which internet option was the best for our situation. Sarah and Miley feel like family and treat us like family every time we come into the store. They are tremendous assets for MetroPCS and you are very lucky to have them. They are wonderful.

An ex of mine had stolen a phone and took over my account from me. Miley at the Liberty missouri location was very understanding and empathetic to the issue I wad having and assisted with tremendous and thorough knowledge of my concerns and took extreme care and determination and diligence to obtain control of my account and restore it back to me. She also gave me options to inquire with customer care to regain and secure my account from further hackery and account theft. Miley is probably the best store specialist I've ever had the pleasure of dealing business with and has restored my trust within this cellular provider. 10 stars.

My favorite employee at Metro by T-Mobile is at the Liberty location. Sarah has to be the most patient and understanding person I have ever met. She is the biggest reason that I am still a Metro customer. I have had cell service at different places during my adulthood and NONE of the customer services reps can compare to her. Thank you Sarah for the great customer care that you give. I wish everyone in the industry would take some tips and training from you. I truly appreciate you and wish you the very best.

The customer service at this location is wonderful. I have had to go there to have issues resolved with my phone and my tablets. I have always had my issues resolved. Pricing on the phone and tablet plans is extremely reasonable. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help resolve any issues you have. I highly recommend this location.

Very friendly customer service answered all my questions helped set up my moms phone and we were in and out
