Have rented from here for years without issue, picked up a U-Haul trailer today, the lights didn’t work, called and brought it back. Was told I would get another trailer. Went inside, and employee would not listen to me and was rude, and kept saying my truck wasn’t working, which is not true. I will not come back, terrible service complete waste of my time.

These guys ROCK!! Came in to pick up trailer and gentleman gave me a better deal then I got on-line!!! Trailer was ready...paperwork was simple and fast and staff is good people!!! If you need to rent anything call these guys first!!!

We rented their frozen drink machine. During normal operation, the handle broke. We paid a 12% damage waiver fee which should've covered any accidental damage, including what I would hope to be damage during normal operation. Upon return, I explained the situation to them and they identified that a spring was missing. This spring came out when the handle broke, and I located it at our event space and informed LR4U that I would return it. They said nothing upon the physical return about additional charges, or when I talked to Courtney on the phone. We were blamed for "dropping" the machine and charged an additional 50% of the rental fee without notice. I called and asked to have my damage waiver fee refunded if I was going to be charged for the replacement part and was told NO! They loaded the machine in and out of our vehicle. We moved it into the event space and then back into the vehicle, there was no drop. I have had issues renting U-Hauls from this company in the past, and now it only continues with equipment rental. I would not recommend renting from this company.

Friendly and helpful staff, but I have to give 4 stars due to the mobile truck share program, it caused more problems than advantages. The U-Haul app is not good, and it would either freeze, or when I would take a picture of the odometer for example it wouldn't work and almost prevented me from returning the rental properly and probably would have charged me a fee for returning it late. Instead of the app I went to the U-Haul site on my browser and it would not allow me to share my location (which the process required), even though it was no problem on the app, and I checked my location settings on my phone and everything. Luckily I used my girlfriend's phone (same exact phone model) and it finally worked. Anyway this place is good if you're renting a truck during business hours, but I would not recommend using the U-Haul app or 24/7 truck share option unless you have no other option.
