Absolutely awful! Had an appointment at 3:00 (would have been a 5 min apt) and the doctor didn’t come in until 4! Prior to this my mom took my 15 year old son in to get his shoulder looked at. Neither her or my son could remember what the doctor said was wrong with his shoulder. So I asked the doctor while I was there with my daughter to tell me what he had told my mom about my sons shoulder and he had the nerve to tell me that I should have come to my sons appointment! A single mom of 4 that works full time! And then told me that when I find a new doctor he will send over the records. Absolutely terrible doctor and staff!!

Wow...horrendous experience with their office and billing. I tried to call to speak with the doctor to let him know what has unfolded. They would not let me speak with the doctor and became agitated. They charged my credit card without me present, and have yet to send me a bill a month and a half later. I have requested a bill on two occasions, but have yet to receive it. The insurance company sent me what Liberty Medical Center charged them, and there are two procedures on the bill that did not happen. When I asked the manager if they believed it was "ok to charge credit cards without sending bills for the charge", she got upset, told me I "signed a credit card policy" and told me this conversation is over, and hung up. Appalling. The doctor did not provide bad service; but the office has been shockingly disrespectful, have no answers, poor billing practices, and have significant attitude.

Been coming to Dr Malisos for over 9 yrs. Always has a friendly staff. He listens to what is going on and offers options for treatment. Easy to get into and appointments go fast.
