Receiving bills over 2 years later, they were sent 2 Cease and Desist letters. They are currently sending me bills again, defying these orders. We will pursue further action.

Worst hospital to receive care. Nurse and PCTs do not care and the care quality is very very poor. Went there with the girlfriend and she was loosing lots of blood and they didn't seem to care or finch.Her quality of health became worse being there. Transferred to a better hospital. Do not bring your loved ones here.

My daughter was brought here via ambulance after having a bleeding disorder and fainting. The care we received of the 4 days she was there was completely despicable. There was no sense of urgency. None of the doctors seem to care about what's happened with her. They were not proactive and did not request any additional scans or tests. One of the nurses actually got in the face of her boyfriend. We did all that we could to get her transferred to a different hospital as soon as possible. Her exact words were I feel like I'm getting worse since I've been here and I'm really scared and I feel like I might die. And it's pretty bad when you ask a nurse about transferring and she says you 1,000% should do that, because she's not getting the care she needs

I don't care what anyone says. These guys are legitimate Angel's. Quite a few of em here. You know how it is, sometimes we fall. But they are quite quick to pick you and themselves back up again. Every time I go here, it is an amazing journey. I can't put my hands together enough for all of the staff. Just, B-E-A-utiful. Lol. Y'all take care. Hopefully I don't have to come through like that again. (No more Mad Honey!) At least, not this year...Shhh, I didn't say that. Captain Cheif dude man dude, checking out. Ttyl.

I was admitted after going to the ER. I received great care. The nurses were great, caring, and showed empathy throughout my stay. They were great about helping my family and their needs also.

My dad was a patient on 2E and received amazing care! All the doctors and especially his nurse Philicia were great.

My primary care physician, Dr. Patel, works at the Liberty Clinic. Because of my fathers heart disease he recommend that I have a coronary calcium scan. My CT results showed an abnormality that required further testing. I was nervous, but each step of the way from registration, nursing, CT technician, phlebotomist, to billing I was met by professionalism but more importantly real humans that care about you! I am so thankful that we have such a great hospital right in our community.

I went in this morning for a pre-surgery check up. Every staff member I spoke with & interacted with was extremely attentive. I would like to specifically single out Dr. Morgan Ayers. She was genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met. She expressed that when talking with her, it was a judgement free zone and she was there to help me and walk me through her thoughts on how risky the surgery would be. All of my nerves I had going in were quashed after our conversation. She is not just an outstanding doctor, but an outstanding person as well.

Went in at 1pm today for possible brain bleed or stroke. Was accessed, was told had no presenting symptoms, and told to wait. 2 hours later I asked how much longer and was told they don’t give time estimates. Left. Looking for a hospital that either has better communication, or someone who actually cares about people!

Absolutely terrible hospital and staff. Went here for treatment at the ER. Pain level and cause was severe. The triage nurse didn't have a care at all. Very slow, didn't offer any assistance. Only gave excuses as to why she couldn't help when we asked for help. Left us in the waiting room vomiting and no help ever came no matter how many times I asked. She only got offended when I seemed a bit distressed when continually asking for help. We left and went to North Kansas City Hospital and received care and treatment right away. Do not use Liberty hospital. They are a failing system.
