got my vehicle repaired at the shop that they told me to bring it to. And repairs are done not even 24 hours liberty exchange. (bob) took the vehicle from fire stone and demands us to renew contracts because of a previous mechanical bill, added onto the end of the note now he says we have to combine everything and increase our payments from 365 to 550 this place is a joke do not recommend sure it's illegal and lawyers are being contacted

Most unprofessional lot I have ever been too. Salesman were extremely rude and unwelcoming. I went to inquire about a car, found the salesman and he stated keys are in the car be careful with the car it’s nice. Salesman didn’t follow me out to the car or offer to share information about the vehicle. I went back in to ask questions and was treated horribly like my questions were not valid concerns. I was very ready to buy this car coming into this lot but with the disrespect decided to leave after being told “if the car isn’t for you it isn’t for you”. This was a statement after asking if anything custom was on the car. I have seen multiple reviews about them being rude definitely do not recommend this lot for your car needs. Luckily was able to go over to jack miller auto and get a better car, better price, and better service.

I had been communicating via Google with this car lot. They asked me to come in and I had explained the situation that my car had broke down and I needed something but didn't have a lot of down payment. They told me I would at least need $500 down but just to come on in and talk to them. I took the time off work to Uber there to talk to them as they requested. When I arrived with my boyfriend a grubby looking guy came out. I told him I was just looking at the moment and my boyfriend engaged in conversation with him about a couple of their vehicles. He loudly informed him the minimum down payment was $1500. Then he snottily asked, "What? Did you just get dropped off here?" When I told him we took an Uber he replied distainfully "that is weird". Confused I asked why and he just shook his head. At that point I was rightfully offended and told him we were going to just go. He said in an almost threatening tone that it would be better that way. Completely taken aback I asked him how we had offended him and he turned his back to us and said he got a bad vibe. I am floored at being treated this way. My boyfriend and I are clean cut, hardworking professionals, and are understanding polite people. I don't have a clue what was actually meant by "bad vibe". It's been a long time since I've experienced any overt racism so I would sure hope that wasn't the case. Other than that I will always wonder why what seemed to be a run of the mill car buying exchange ended up being so hateful. I would ask that the owner please reach out and explain to us why we were treated like this. I plan on reaching out to several media platforms in the mean time to share this and hear others experiences.
