They keyed in the incorrect account number for my bank so my refund was sent back to the IRS. They never apologized for this or offer to help me in any way. All they said was humans make mistakes. I expected more from professionals. Granted I didn't check the account number when I signed off on it but I did print the correct account number from my computer so it was very clear weeks earlier. It seems like an important thing to double check. I don't mind so much that they made an error it's just the way it was handled it after the mistake.**I am revising my review because IC&H reached out to me by mail and sent me a handwritten note and a check for a full refund. They did the right thing without me asking for anything. Trying to rectify this situation is much appreciated. I believe they realized this situation was not handled correctly after the fact and now they have acted in an appropriate matter as far as I am concerned. I do understand human error so, I may be using them next year.**

I really wanted to be a happy customer, but after trying to contact them via email and phone to schedule a first meeting I've been unsuccessful in hearing back from them. The lady who took my call was pleasant, but 2 days later still no return call, and no email response. Maybe they have enough business already?

After attempting to do our own taxes and it showing we would owe a ton of money, we decided to use Isley & Curry and it was amazing. We owed nothing, they found us the savings I missed! Great to work with and a super simple quick process.
