I came in looking for shadow boxes, and the selection was not that great. Many of the boxes I did take a look at though had damage of some kind. On some, the wood was chipped, there were scratches, or other dings. There was even one sitting there with no plastic wrap, no inner paper, with damage, and was dirty-- as if someone returned it and they just put it back up for sale. It did not surprise me why all frames and such were 50% off.

I stopped in to see if I could find a frame for an affirmation that I have. I waited for a few minutes when an older lady came out and she asked me if I needed help I told her yes then I told her what I needed. She measured the board and then went back to finish with the other customer after she finished she came over to me she had already measured the board but she measured it again and that's when she tells me that they didn't have the size that I needed. While she was helping the other customer she's saying how she's ready for her break so when she finally gets to me I felt like she really didn't want to help me she just wanted to get to her break I guess I can't complain because she told me that I could order it from Amazon . I really enjoy shopping at the Hobby lobby I just won't shop at this one ?

I would give 5 but the checkout lines can be through the store and the store will have 3 lanes open and 12 employees stocking!! Drives me nuts!!!

Hobby Lobby usually has a great selection of greeting cards. This location didn't have anything but boxed cards. However, the boxed cards were inexpensive. I purchased two.

5/19/2024: ME and my partner went here around a week ago and to say that I was disappointed doesn't even come remotely close. Normally I'll have an over the shoulder bag on me at all times, for health reasons and I don't normally have any issues.... HOWEVER I have no idea why the female manager that was on duty had such an issue with me, thinking that I'm stealing from them but she kept following me around and looking up and down each and every hour that I went down spying on me like I was stealing something and never gave her any idea that I would be stealing. I'm not a thief and occasionally while we're out and about or on a date, we'll stop by a store and just "window shop" That just so happened to be what we were doing here and I'll never be making that mistake again. This lady royally ruined me and my experience with any Hobby Lobby
