Bought a car from them every dealing that I have had with them has been horrible they tell me that I need transfer case serviced when my vehicle doesn’t even have a transfer case. Few months with the car and the ac went out, serviced it and it’s already back to not working. They never answer the phone, they tried to tell me I did not pay for my service a week after the repair, they charged 300+ for diagnostic and 500+ for blower and resistor, I paid in full day of. I asked for old parts, once I got the vehicle back looked liked nothing had been touched. All around very messy would not recommend.

Finding the car my wife wanted went well. Purchasing the car went well. However, the dealership dropped the ball MAJORLY on the registration paperwork. The finance manager (Jeff) told my wife they would call when it was ready to be picked up. Ok. Three weeks and two days later I call to see what the status is on the registration. We only have like 4 days to get this taken care of at this point due to the holiday. So I call…oh yeah, your paperwork is right here. It’s been here since the 8th. 5 days after purchase!!! You’ve got to be kidding me!!! Come on Heartland Chevrolet!!! This is a major inconvenience.

I just received my second service for my new Tahoe and let me tell you it was just as good as the first! I really appreciate the maintenance video of my vehicle that was texted to me during my service. The fine people at Heartland Chevrolet are top notch!

Dealership took care of me! Found factory warrantee coverage for something and fixed something without charging after there ended up being a bit of honest miscommunication. All in all they saved me $$$ and got my car fixed and running 100% better. They have been my go-to for major issues with my car and they will continue to be so as long as I have this (or any) GM vehicle.

Brent Deal was very helpful in a crunch! I was in a pinch, wasn't looking to buy a brand new vehicle, but needed transportation ASAP as time was running out. I appreciate his help and his down to earth personality. He wasn't your typical car salesman, he was genuine!

They ripped me off for $3,000. I did not agree to some charge they added in the contract and didnt notice it till I got home and they wouldnt answer my phone calls. $3,000 they literally stole from me.
Edit: they reached out to me after this review and gave me a partial refund of that 3K. I wish this would have been resolved before, but they fixed it for the most part.
