I wish I could give more stars, I absolutely love them. They were excellent with everything from the customer service to the service done on my car. I initially walked in requesting just my A/C to be fixed but I ended up getting brake work done too, but they unexpectedly fixed my front Bumper on my car too. I hated driving around with my bumper looking like it did , but I really really appreciate whoever did it for me. I’m so glad I trusted firestone, to work on my car.

The team there was very friendly and explained everything need for my vehicle after my routine oil change. They did not make me feel like a WOMAN even thou I am they treat as a human needed help with my vehicle....Just like the team that was there.

Wonderful service! We had friends visiting from out of town & as they got ready to leave we noticed they had a flat tire. It was a Sunday afternoon & the person we spoke with about the situation was very empathetic & said they’d work to get them in & on the road by 5:00. Really appreciate their willingness to help out on short notice & work them in so they could get home safely the same day.

My family and friends will NEVER return to this Firestone location. I've brought my vehicle to Firestones around the country for service, diagnostics, inspection, oil change, brakes, etc. Their locations are pretty similar. Here in the Liberty area there are plenty of options for tire and automotive care. It is unfortunate that this location employs such a rude and condescending customer associate, who ridicules customers to get a cheap laugh from his co-workers. I bet the technicians and mechanics are top notch. But when the public-looking face of the store is nasty to clients, the customer is left with an overall very negative impression. I am grateful to the technicians and sorry that a single employee can completely sully the customers' experience.I gave the employee the opportunity to clarify his rude behavior but he doubled down. My family and friends will NEVER set foot in this establishment again.I will update my review if anything changes.

First time coming here very friendly until they make a mistake they didn't want to admit to. I told them I needed the BACK windshield wipers replaced bc they were broken. My sister in law came back saying the back wasn't replaced but they replaced the front even though they were only 1 month old. She went back and they said it was my fault for not communicating right. What can't they understand from BACK WINDSHIELD WIPERS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. They told her to come back tmr to get it fixed. She asked if she had to pay they said yes. We will take our services elsewhere.

They are always efficient and do a great job. I can usually get an appointment when I need one and they return my vehicle when they say. The prices are right, as well. Also, I live off the main, paved road about 3 miles so my alignment is always going out. I got their lifetime alignment so I don't have to pay $100 every couple months to get my alignment back in order. Just part of the fun of living rural (and wouldn't go back to urban for anything).

Friendly staff, excellent customer service and listened to my needs. The online option to make an appointment lets you schedule even if there is no room in store. Luckily, Nathan was able to accommodate me and get me in. That is one thing I would fix.

Not professional I told them more than once what I needed and continually asked why I was here.Never went out of way to be nice and that parking lot is a full blown joke

12-16-23 I just left Firestone, and if I could give them 10 stars, I would!! I thought I had battery issue's, with my GMC 2011 Acadia SLT. What I thought was a problem wasn't, and they were very honest, and I mean honest!! I had my truck inspected there, my wife and daughters vehicles at this location, they'll continue to get our business! The crew was courtes and generous, because of that, I'm buying my coworkers lunch for Christmas. There should be no question that Firestone is an absolute well established business in the Liberty community, and certainly wish them the best today, and for the days ahead!! Thank you!!! I hope these words help pay it forward...

They're nice guys, doesn't matter who you work with they're all nice. Make an appointment or be prepared to drop off your vehicle as they are BUSY!!!!!

So I brought my vehicle into Firestone cause one of my lug nuts were stripped. I explained what I needed done and they said they could fix it. I dropped it off first thing in the morning. They were unable to get it in. The next day I called to check on my vehicle and they said that it was going to cost me over $2000. I took my vehicle elsewhere cause it didn’t sit right with me what they said was wrong. When I tried to leave in my vehicle it wouldn’t start. They told me that my battery was low and had to jump me. It was not that way when I dropped it off to them. I realized they left my lights on which is why my battery was dead. What a scam!!

I work at a local hospital as a traveler and brought my car in because I was having brake issues. They were busy and short handed and a bit behind but were able to fix my issues for me. I appreciate their help and was able to leave to go back home without worrying about my safety.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTI came in for an alignment and a tire rotation.After the service was complete I was charged for an alignment and a rotation. After walking to my vehicle, I realized that I did not receive a rotation.I walked back into the store and asked if I did receive a rotation. Conveniently the tech working on my truck “just told” the front office guy that he didn’t rotate my tires.I then had to ask the front office guy if I had paid for a rotation.And surprisingly, I had!I generally believe in giving the benefit of the doubt in people, we are humans and mistakes happen.However this time; I do 100% feel like they went out of their way to charge me for a service they knew they did not perform.While they were a bit… underwhelming in other aspects I’m sure the work they do is fine. Just make sure to check that they actually do the work if you go here.
