We've worked with him since moving back to the States from abroad and he was so helpful making sure we had everything in order. When we bought our home he was available to answer any questions and always provides clear explanations. He doesn't mind answering questions by phone or email and has been attentive and professional. My brother recommended me to David after his positive experience (I believe you can see it below). I wasn't a 100% sure I wanted to deal with an agent. My previous service was all online and minimal interaction. But, David really surprised me. Not only did he know his stuff, but he explained that I was actually missing certain coverages/benefits with my previous provider that Farmer's could provide. He wasn't just trying to get the sale and took time to find the right policy for me.

David provided an excellent consultation for me while I was looking to switch my auto insurance provider. He was able to find a quote for me that beat my previous provider and the other competition. This agency and how the owner handles business is clearly all about money and production. All interactions with the owner face to face or even calls he seems to be rush or annoyed never genuine. When I told the gentlemen that I was military and if they had any special incentives. He simply shrugged it off and continued talking to my wife and I about plans. I will not be going with farmers and I'll be taking my money elsewhere . I thought farmers was a good business.

This insurance firm called me at 9 p.m. to ask me about changing my insurance. That's unacceptable. I have to be up at 430 to go to work. I don't know how you got my number but don't call again.

Dave is so easy to work with, very responsive, and helpful. He is our go-to guy for anything insurance (questions, quotes, meetings, etc). He helps us with our work comp meetings with our employees, driving from Liberty to Olathe, KS quarterly. Great agent to work with and we highly recommend.
