I am disgusted, I have been with Allstate for almost 10 years, I can’t get anyone to help me out with my claim, can never get anyone to call me back, have emailed, nothing in retune. I went into the office and was given a business card for someone and still can’t get ahold of anyone. This is beyond ridiculous for the amount of money I pay.

An extremely dirty con man. Constantly adding fees to your account hoping you don't notice. When you call in and question them about it, they always have an excuse.

Absolutely the worst insurance I’ve had in 60 years. Zero follow up. Unable to reach agent. Won’t return phone calls. Claim opened for several weeks with no communication. Allstate and Agent externally poor. David Starns Agency the worst. Stay clear of this agency.
