I highly recommend D’Agee! The owner took the time to answer my questions and was very nice. I told her what I was looking for thematically and the price point that worked for me but wanted her to have creative freedom with it. She absolutely nailed it and my boyfriend (who the flowers were for) really loved them too. Thank you very much!

My dad and I have used them so many times for flowers for my mom for my birthday and this time for my grandpa. I had ordered really close to closing time but they stayed open for 30 more minutes so I could pick up a bouquet for my sick grandfather who is in the hospital and they gave me a flower for my birthday as well. Love this place, will never go anywhere else for flowers.

I needed a small flower arrangement and am from out of town. The arrangement they made was stunning and perfect. They were so helpful and went above normal customer service. Will do business with again when needed.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. They cancelled my order the day of then gave the lower tier that I paid for. When I tried to make it work, they told me to take the flowers back then hung up on me, who take flowers back from someone you gifted them too?? They looked NOTHING like the photo. The manager had such disgusting behavior and wasn’t ok to make it right. I wanted to make my mothers birthday special and it was chaos because of this place. Photos of what I ordered vs what my mother got.

Yesterday was my mother's funeral services and they put together a wonderful gorgeous casket spray. Every one at the funeral told me they were beautiful. Lots of people took roses home as a momento. This flower shop is the best. They had a big selection of flowers and they are affordable. I will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone.

I have had some mixed interactions with them as I have used them for most high school dances and small bouquets for family and friends. However I have never been wowed by them and my most interaction has left me with an awful feeling for this business. My daughter most recently order flowers for me through an online company that gave D'Agee florist the order. They had not updated their hours to reflect that they would be off on Mother's Day, as they of course should be in order to be able to celebrate with their loved ones as well.
My daughter gave them my contact info instead of hers (assuming so if they delivery had any issues they could reach me) someone at D'Agee called and left a message to let me know they wouldn't be able to deliver on Mother's Day. (Mind you we are two weeks from Mother's Day) I was confused since I didn't order flowers for myself, still no big deal. When I called back to understand what was going on the woman who left the message got INSTANTLY defensive and rude instead of just apologizing. (I'm assuming since she ruined the surprise) asked for my daughter's phone number and then told me to just act like I never got the call and to act surprised. I understand things happen and honestly would have just laughed it off and pretended that it never happened except when the employee made me feel like it was my fault. Totally POOR customer service for sure. I am totally for supporting local businesses but in this case I'd suggest using Hy-Vee floral and skip them.

This is my wife's favorite floral Shop in the KC area! It is also mine because whenever I order flowers for her they look identical as the pictures on there website!! They also offer same day delivery if you order before noon I believe. D'Agee is amazing and I will not go anywhere else!!

The service I received today was wonderful. I called in a very last minute homecoming request and not only did they make a lovely boutonnière in time, they called back to make sure they remembered to place a pin in the arrangement. Shop local.

My sister sent me flowers for my birthday that came from D'Agee. Oh my goodness! They are beautiful and fragrant - my entire first floor has the incredible scent of walking into a florist shop.

Hats off to this company. When you think customer service is a lost art they showed it still exists. Called to check on my delivery order and found out I chose tomorrow instead of today. They still pulled together and had them delivered today for me. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!
