Meet clean store friendly courteous employees

The overnight manager the guy with long brown hair is horrible! His customer service is terrible! I am a loyal customer of cvs and absolutely love their digital coupons. So earlier in the day I stopped by and the lady cashier saw I was having trouble with my coupons attaching to the correct items. She politely asked to see the coupons and honored it to the items. So I go back during the overnight shift to use my earned extracare bucks from the trip earlier. The axe digital coupon did not attach but I had the correct items and showed the guy. He says ok and then proceeds to honor the coupon but then pressed some extra buttons on the keyboard and instead of taking off the $5 digital coupon amount he takes off $2. So I told him no that is not accurate and he proceeds to tell me it's the system. I told him how did the out of pocket go from $5 to $9 and he just proceeds to be rude! First of you are a manager why are you not able to honor a digital coupon like the other employee that was only a cashier? Clearly you do not know how to do your job nor do you know what customer service is. I will be calling corporate in the morning to complain about this guy and also will call the store and speak to the morning manager to get to the district manager. I hope someone above this so called manager will review the cameras of my transaction with this guy and give him a coaching! I came home and did the deal online and my out of pocket was $6 with tax while he was trying to charge me 10 something with tax

Drive thru is pointless if they make you come in every time.

Kita saved me $256 dollars yesterday. I pulled through the drive thru and was lucky enough to be greeted by Kita. She knew about a coupon that was $256 less than my insurance would have had me pay in copay. She was busy and she could have easily just charged me but she took the time to tell me about the coupon and where to download. I drove around the building and downloaded the coupon pulled thru and instead of $281 it was $25. If CVS Liberty wants to raise their reviews, hire more like Kita. Big shout out to her.

Trapped in the drive thru line now for 25 minutes. Since then, four cars have been served. Awful.

WOST PHARMACY IN TOWN. Use Walgreens or anywhere else.. There has been multiple times that CVS has received my prescription and taken way longer than it needs to be to fulfill (DAYS AT A TIME). Never have I had this experience at Walgreens but when I switched to CVS to match everyone in my house I started noticing they were late on EVERYTHING. The last straw is when our pediatrician sent over medication for our newborn and 48 hours later they are still trying to tell me that its not ready yet and to come back in an hour. This place is horrible and mismanaged like crazy. Please use Walgreens

An awful place to have to go. We usually wait 20-30 min in line to get scripts that were pinged to us via text days before. They badger us with threats of re-stocking to pick only for us wait in lines that don't move. All while we see 8 people roaming around inside. Never go here.

Glad to see this CVS location has not given up on treating every single customer like a thief.
I have had it!! I have shopped here almost weekly for 15 years, and after today, CVS has lost all my business.
Their newer process of requiring certain items be unlocked for purchase has gone way too far.
Now, they hold the items at the register until you are done shopping, and they will not allow you to go through self-check out with said items after you ask for them at the register.
Never in the past have I had to do that.
If I needed a locked product, I was given it after a clerk retrieved the item for me.
Today, the clerk tried to tell me it has always been that way. LOL!!!
No, Son.
It has not, but thanks for trying to gaslight me and speak to me as if I was born yesterday.
Some of us have a system when it comes to applying our coupons and scoring reward bucks and how we want them applied.
It is easier if we do it ourselves at self-checkout, and not hold up the line explaining to the cashier how we want it done and creating multiple purchase transactions.
We are literally trying to be courteous by doing it ourselves, out of everyone's way.
Anyway...the insult alone of not being able to check out your own locked items is ridiculous!
The customer has already been identified; if they were going to steal it, you know exactly who they are; especially when they are regulars and most employees wait on them regularly every week.
Treating customers as if they are criminals is not the way to do business or retain existing customers.
How dare this corporation profile people in the local community that way!!!
This Liberty location already gave a Woman a heart attack during a false accusation of theft and that disgusting manager was fired for what she did to the customer. It is not an exaggeration, the customer was hospitalized with heart failure.
Not even sure why that manager was allowed to be employed as long as she was. She was pretty awful to most shoppers. Had she been dealt with appropriately, she never would have been there to cause that sweet lady a heart attack.
That Woman and her Husband are US Military Veterans who requested a simple mistake on their receipt be corrected, and they were accused of thievery.
LOOK!!
Not everyone that walks into your tiny and limited store is looking to rip you off.
Get a grip!
All this store does is make it hard to shop at. On so many levels, makes it hard.
Don't worry. Your efforts have been achieved.
I will no longer be spending a portion of my $2,000 weekly paychecks at your store.
You WIN!!!
I am taking my responsible citizenship with zero criminal record to a different pharmacy.
As far as meds go, good luck filling your opioid pain meds or Wegovy or Mounjaro.
They are inconsistent with filling opioid meds and will leave you going into withdraw.
Several pharmacies in the Liberty area have no issues with backorders for opioid pain meds, nor Wegovy or Mounjaro.
CVS never has in-stock dates and never a clear answer why they have supply issues.
I can get my pain meds filled at a grocery store easier than I can the Liberty CVS.
I give CVS zero stars on policies and management.
5 stars in their efforts at destroying themselves.
10 stars for their night time pharmacist. He's amazing. Wish I could take him with me when all my meds and family meds are switched to a new company.
I vote this place is replaced with Rite-Aide or a more high-end pharmacy.
If we want everyday mediocre products with limited selections, we can go to Wal-Mart right down the road. At least it is much cheaper there and you don't have to get all your coupons organized and stress ove

Chloe and Dave went above and beyond in filling a couple of prescriptions for us this afternoon. We got a message stating they were ready to pick however, found one small issue when I got there.... They were filled at a different CVS only 200 miles away (long story). Both of these folks went above all expectations to fill them in Liberty for us before they closed for lunch. We aren't accustomed to this kind of service any more. It's very much appreciated. They both get Gold Stars for the day. Thanks again. Gary Benson

Find another pharmacy at all cost, prescriptions are never ready on time, or they “lose” them

My doctor electronically sent my prescription to the pharmacy that I have used for over 10 years. I have the store app and I get text notifications of the status of my order. My complaint is that once the pharmacy received the script, I was never notified that it would be the next day before my prescription would be filled because they were out of stock. Good retail practice is to thoroughly communicate with customers if something will take longer than expected. A quick phone call would have allowed me to fill it somewhere else sooner. Because of the contagiousness of my untreated infection, I had to take a second day off of work. Next time, I will fill my prescriptions elsewhere. CVS has lost a loyal customer!
