Love Cricket worst location I’ve been to yet I go in to pay they don’t have enough money so I’m asked to get change I don’t work for y’all y’all have a bank across the street where you can get change but the person helping me wanted to be lazy and not do her job or her responsibilities as a worker there so I got the money myself I needed my phone on or I would have made a bigger deal it’s just ridiculous if you don’t want to be there and work there then leave oh yeah this was after the two works that where there tried getting out of helping asking the other to do it. Ridiculous go home you don’t have to do anything there you don’t want to

We came to this location to upgrade my daughter's phone. We got there at 6:40pm because it states they close at 7:00pm on the website. The open sign and inside lights were on, but the doors were locked. I knocked on the door, and there was no answer. This is extremely disappointing, we are long time Cricket customers, but we will be going out of our way to go to another location.

Ashley helped me today start new service for my daughter. I purchased an iPhone from the apple store and had this retail location begin services. Ashley went above & beyond offering me resources and expertise on their plans and services. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and will return back!
