After hours officers refuse to come to the window and are rude when you try to ask questions.
W. Williams was extremely rude when I asked what I needed to get someone out of their jail.

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF!! EVERYONE THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE LACKS EVEN A SLIVER OF RESPECT NOR ARE THEY HELPFULLY IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM!!

Terrible ride service, showed up uninvited and didn't take me where I wanted to go. Also the driver wasn't very talkative and just wanted too ask me questions about my friends.
