“I was very pleased with CARSTAR Porters. Had my car repaired from damage done from a Raccoon. It looks brand new. When I went to pick up my vehicle it looked as if it had been washed as well as some interior detailing. I am very impressed. All of the workers were phenomenal and very friendly. “I took my Lexus RX350 to Bates Automotive because of all the great reviews I read online. A woman with no insurance (ugh!) hit my vehicle in a parking lot, so I was searching for reasonable estimates since I would be paying out of my own pocket (and didn't want a claim on my insurance).I'm so glad I found Bates! I just got my vehicle back and it looks EXACTLY like it did before it was hit. I can't see any difference. Gary is an artist and a perfectionist.My vehicle's color is "white crystal pearl tricoat," which further complicated the re-paint process by 3 extra steps because of the shiny speckles in the paint. “I went to this place because of the good reviews and got my 2017 Ford Mustang brakes replaced by them. I understand it takes a few days for brake pads to stop making noise but it’s been over a month (maybe 2) and they have been making noise when I come to a complete stop. Every time. I’m not 100% sure if they lubricated the pads properly or what but it makes a concerning sound when I brake and come to a stop. If they stop making noise I’ll change my rating/review. I am a little nervous to drive my car though.I stand by my statement, after some time my car stopped making noise. I changed my rating. Thank you Cook.”

“I could not be happier with the service that Safelite performed. My car was broken into sometime on Friday, and by the time I learned of it.. everywhere was closed. I had used Safelite multiple times in the past and choosing them again was a no-brainer. I was able to get a quote online and a mobile appointment booked the very next day (a Saturday!!) at no additional cost.
I received a call from my Safelite technician, Chandler, at 10:30 am stating that he had earlier availability than my original time frame of 12-5pm and could come immediately if I was available. He was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to provide my window replacement. Chandler was done within an hour and my window is as good as new and functions perfectly.
The price quoted was the exact price I was charged, and he was very professional- asking multiple times if there was anything else he could do or if I had any questions for him.
I can’t thank Safelite and especially Chandler enough for providing efficient, timely, and stress-free service sooner than I could have imagined, and that I could have it done while comfortably at home. Thank you Safelite and Chandler!!”
