“I had the worst experience with a drunk driver totaling my car. I had a problem trying to arrange a tow truck to tow my car to Carstar in Liberty. That’s when I contacted Michelle at Carstar. She was a rockstar. She had all my information, was so personable and knowledgeable. She was kind too, which is rare these days. She talked to the tow service for me and made all the arrangements. Darla was great too, very friendly. And also a shout out to the nice young man who helped me carry my valuables out of my car for me. It wasn’t even his position. I hope his bosses know who he is and will reward him for going the extra mile. But the ( mvp )MOST VALUABLE PLAYER in that office was Michelle. She has been outstanding. Bless you all.”

“Had my catalytic converter stolen for a third time and put off fixing it for over a year. Finally called around and this place was the best option. Took it in one afternoon with no warning. They fixed it in 3 hours and we had it up and running smooth and quiet as ever. Was also one of the cheapest fixes lol. Would recommend!”
