Moved from a competitor's storage. They were charging 223.99 for my storage, and I'm now paying 100.00
Well worth the half day of work to move everything.
I did have one small issue when I moved in that was my fault (I picked the wrong move-in date so my gate code was invalid). They resolved it quickly and efficiently with no issues.

Attic Storage of Liberty is a great place. Super friendly staff who work with you to make sure your experience here is great. Clean property, well protected, easy to navigate through property and also in a great location!

They made it super easy for me to be able to have 24hr access to my unit! I am a business owner and needs it access , this is the only place that will take you through this with east steps as long as you have the right paperwork.

Haven’t even moved in yet, this is solely based on customer service:
I’m going through a difficult situation and need a storage unit to hold my non-necessities as I stay with family for a few weeks. I was flustered when signing up for my rental and ..somehow? Misread the message saying my payment went through as “didn’t go through”. Paid for 2 separate units and only signed 1 lease. I sent an email just saying that I did not need both, asking if anything can be done. They called me immediately and were SO kind. I fully expected to not get the entire payment back. Maybe a fee? Maybe a “sorry, best we can do is apply it to next months rent.” And I was fully okay with both of those because it was MY GOOF that I was asking them to fix. They said they were working to refund it all to my account. And told me to swing by the office for my “complimentary bag of coffee offered to new renters”. Completely changed the vibe of the terrible day I was having. Thank you!

Very friendly and quick with getting me a storage unit. They answered all of my questions, even when I asked them to repeat it just so I had clarification. Also gave a prorated rate since I began renting at the end of the month!
