Ark is priced higher than other vets. They sold me medicine that had gone bad . When I complained about this , they said they were done with me . Don’t come back. I find this to be very insensitive , as my cat was sick , and I was stressed . I didn’t cause a scene , curse at anyone . My meds were $114 dollars and two weeks old . I think that anyone would be upset by this . I was not going back to them anyways , but dang !

We began going to Ark Veterinary Hospital after we adopted a 10 year old husky. We had bad experiences at her previous vet, and decided we needed to try someone new. Ark Veterinary Hospital solved her previous condition, and they continue to give her expert treatment. We couldn't be happier with the veterinarians at Ark. They are professional, knowledgeable, and the staff is top notch. I would definitely recommend Ark Veterinary Hospital to anyone who cares about their pet's health.

Facility and staff are very nice and friendly. Very prompt; didn’t leave me waiting for/during my appt. Always glad to work with Dr. Rambo, even when we aren’t there for fun.

Definitely will take all my animals here. The staff is amazing and makes you feel so comfortable. Updating my original review, it's been almost 5 years since we have been coming and still feel the same way.

I've been to a lot of vets around Kansas City and I've finally found the one I like most. The service, facilities, and kindness are perfect. Also, the doctor told me a diagnosis for my dog that 2 other clinics could not. That really impressed me.

They take really good care of my dogs! A little pricey but who isn’t? I recommend them simply for the good care and how nice the vets are!! We have a 2 year old Cavi with a million allergies and a 10 year old Border Collie mix.

Ark has been our vet for 12 years. They take exceptionally good care of my pups. I am so grateful to have them help me provide the best care for my dogs.

It’s been a week as of today and I think I finally have the words to describe how utterly amazing this clinic is. My Bernese mtn dog, Kato (2) got fixed by another clinic and was having issues walking and standing. It was at that point 9 days post op. We came to this wonderful clinic and got seen right away. I surmised from the look on the Doctors face it wasn’t good. My dog could have had tetanus, meningitis or another neurological condition. We had to make the decision at that point to either treat him and it be a really rough, costly and hard journey or let him go peacefully. We choose to let him go. There was so much damage it possibly could’ve compromised and affected the quality of day to day life.
The doctor and all staff were so absolutely caring. They gave my boy some chocolate to enjoy before him passing. The compassion, kindness and just down right beautiful souls wasn’t something you think you needed in a crisis, but there they are at this clinic. Helping you through one of the hardest decisions you can make with a beloved pet. Caring for you like you’re family and they don’t even know you. Showing so much love, compassion and kindness that I’m so truly grateful for.
They let me stay with my boy as long as I wanted. I truly can not thank them enough for everything they did. They deserve 10/10 because they are truly that good. So if you’re on the fence about going here don’t be. They will take care of you and care about your pet as if it was their own. Definitely give them a chance. They will not disappoint you.

A bit on the pricy side for neutering, but it's worth every penny. In addition to the procedure, they monitor the animals with ekg and send them home with antibiotics and pain meds. Our pup also had a bit of an infection on his face and they took the extra measure to let us know and sent him home with medication for that as well.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this establishment to a friend.

I have 3 animals, and my visit with Dr. Morrow was the first doctor I left without feeling like I was treated as if I was stupid. He patiently listened to all of my concerns, and answered every question I had. I didn’t feel rushed out. He personally walked me upfront and made sure I got scheduled for the rest of my pups vaccines. I’ve been hopping from vet to vet to find the right one, and here we are, I honestly never want to go to another vet, is well worth the 35 minute drive! Thank you Dr. Morrow & staff!!
