They install parts without consulting the customer. They also are not reliable in the sense that they have the know how to fix your vehicle. I paid them alot of money even though they installed things without my consent because I thought it meant my vehicle was fixed. Found out they in fact did not fix it and just straight up stole my money. Brought it back and asked them to run the codes and then call me, 1 week later still no call. If fact they didn't contact me once the entirety of the 2 weeks they had my vehicle and I left my number with him on 3 separate occasions. Do not bring your vehicle to Mckenzies unless you just love throwing money away.

Best place for all your vehicle parts and reasonably priced too. Not sure how I feel about the garage part yet ?

I have bought parts had hoses made and had mechanical work done. I have no complaints or regrets.
