This company is comprised of extortionists that border on a criminal enterprise. The worst, most unreliable electric company I've ever had the displeasure to do business with. I've been a customer since 2010 and have experienced multiple extended power outages. Customer service is nonexistent. The individuals working for this company are rude and completely unprofessional.

I am an electrician and have delt with various power companies over the years. This REC has the best service of them all. Their linemen are the best to work with and they are the prompt with any emergency service. We have many customers as well as our shop on their lines. They have excellent service and reliability. A pleasure to do business with.

My sister - who requires a BIPAP to sleep without dying - has NO electricity to her new home; the old electrical setup was too little to even fully supply the house she had onsite prior. They have been promising for over a month to go out and replace the pole and electrical hookup and keep pushing it back week by week. This behavior towards anyone would be ridiculous, but it is especially heinous towards those who literally require reliable power to even breathe properly.

Had to arrange a temporary bucket truck lift for my phone line hanging too low, their team specifically out of Lewistown worked with me so promptly and kindly.
