Highly Recommended!!!!!!Tom and his team did a fantastic job!(Side story) I had extensive undercarriage damage to my vehicle, and when others did not want to provide an estimate or when they did, padded the bill and overinflated estimates , Tom thoroughly inspected my car, provided a fair estimate, fixed the car with quick turnaround time and looking/operating great!!!!!Tom is the man!!!!

I had just got a new (to me) car and had it about a month. I saw a girl walking an adorable German Shepard pup, and WHAM, parked car jumped out of nowhere. I was sure, the cops who did the report were sure, and the tow truck driver were all sure, it was going to be totaled. Car went over to Tom and Jerry's after a suggestion from my mechanics at NAS, and they said, no worries, we can fix this right up. They did and the car looks and runs wonderfully. I am beyond impressed with Tom and Jerry's and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The insurance paid for everything, but I checked online and the prices were fair and competitive.

Great repairs to my little car after it got a bit too close to a semi on the highway. Work finished faster than expected, and car even cleaned when I picked it up! Shop worked smoothly with my insurance company.

This was my first experience with Tom and Jerry's auto body. My best friend who owned a great body shop moved to a different state a couple of years ago and I was devastated when on my way to work, my car's bumper was damaged from a rear- end collision. I didn't know any good body shop that I could trust and I chose Tom and Jerry's based on the five star reviews on google reviews page, and let me tell you, I don't regret it! Everything that was being said about this shop is TRUE. These people really care about their customers and provide excellent service, outstanding communication, top quality work and fare price. When I came to pick up my car, it looked great and spotless. Besides the great job that they did on the bumper, they went the extra mile buffing some unrelated scratches on my car and cleaning the car's interior! Additionally, to my surprise I received a cute box of chocolate mint candies!)) I HIGHLY recommend this auto body shop!

I highly recommend Tom & Jerry's Auto Body Shop. They did a beautiful repair job on my bumper! They are professional, efficient, and courteous. Getting work done on your car can be stressful but their care and concern for me and my car put me at ease from the time I called them until the work was finished. Thank you!

I just had an excellent experience with Tom & Jerry's Auto Body Shop. They took care of everything in the time quoted. When I picked up my car it was spotless, and you couldn't even tell there was anything wrong! They are very appreciative of the business they receive, and show it in many ways. I highly recommend Tom & Jerry's for any auto body work!

This review has been overdue since last July 2020, I was going through some of my receipts recently and totally forgot the bad experience I had here. They have so many good reviews and was the main reason I went to them not sure what happened. But I brought my car in to get my front bumper fixed from a bump at the shopping center. Seemed like a quick fix but upon pick up and driving it home I noticed my air conditioner wasn't running well, blowing hot air. I asked the advisor whom I was working with it if the bumper had come off during the paint job and he said no, thought maybe something was crossed when they put it back. Car was still under warranty so I took it to the dealer and sure enough all the ac lines in the bumper were crossed and shorted out the fuses. I had to pay quite a bit out of pocket for the repairs bc they won't cover damage under warranty and my insurance company added the costs to my final bill to reimburse me. Not to mention all the time wasted leaving the car at the dealership and waiting until they could get me in and having no ac in the middle of summer. Then I asked the insurance company if they can view any videos of the bodyshop work while the car was there and they said they could bc by law every certified body shop has to video their work they said. Sure enough again, the video showed the bumper being pulled off and being worked on - they clearly lied to me. The quality of work was decent thus the 2 stars but don't like being lied to. Also, I noticed the ash tray in the door handle was broken when I got back and some gum wrapper in there...I'm very leary about their procedures and ethics. I will not be going back for future repairs.

True professionals that genuinely seem to care to about their customers. Took my car in after getting a flat tire and they took the time to help me to a nearby tire shop. After which they helped install the tire for me. New cars apparently don't come with spare tires so these guys were a life saver. Going to these guys for any issues going forward.

Outstanding communication. They spent a great deal of time answering all my questions thoroughly. It's a tough industry with many challenges and my case was no exception. They were not on State Farm's list of preferred service providers and they should be. I took a risk by going to them based on a referral from Norwood Auto. I am absolutely convinced I have found a trustworthy body shop whose principals (Tom and Mark) have a standard of excellence in service I have not experienced anywhere else. It's not unusual for unforeseen issues to surface when dealing with accidental damage. My experience was one of constantly being supported rather than a boxing match when issues arose. When I went to pick up my Mercedes, it was spotless and I received a very nice surprise which I will not reveal. It was a small gesture of thanks the quality of which reflects my experience with them - classy.

Could not be happier with the service here. Tom was very helpful in working with my insurance company to get the right quote for the necessary repair, work was done on time, as promised and they even gave the car a wash inside and out! I highly recommend for any body work you might need.

I went into Tom and Jerry's today because I hit a piece of metal and it hit the side of my car causing several small scratches. I spoke to Matthew, who came out and looked at the damage, I had touch up paint and Matthew touched up the scratches while I waited. As my car has a two stage paint so he told me to come back in several hours and he would do second coat. I returned in several hours and Matthew came out immediately and applied second coat of paint again while I waited. He did an excellent job both times. When I asked what I owed him for his work he said there was no charge. I asked several times to pay but he refused. I would highly recommend Tom and Jerry's to anyone who needs repairs. I would not take my car to anyplace else.

Tom & Jerry's goes above and beyond for their customers. Their level of service is beyond what I expected. After a recent car accident I was worried about getting the repairs done during the Coronavirus. They had the front of the shop all set up for "social distancing" guidelines. They also set up a rental car pick up and drop off for me. When I picked up my car not only did they do great work but they cleaned the inside as well. I could not be happier with my overall experience.
