Working with Patrik Englund and Parkers Insurance Group helped us to get a much better Home/Auto/Umbrella policy than we had been paying (for 5+ years) at farmers. Altogether the savings was $1400 (annual) + $1000 less on our home deductibles and an overall increase in coverages to 1.3 million dollars. I was surprised in the savings and pleased to say the least.

May 2020 Credit Report DISPUTE Progressive Ins & Caine & Weiner. i. Positive payments was never reported only when Progressive customer service failed to handle the issue does report negative disputed items. The policy was purchased either being paid in full with an upfront double payment to have policy separated by months for an auto draft. Policy started at about $78.00 and jumped to over$2,000 per month so either pay the claim or just credit the balance and credit all the payments as if you have a valid issues and you dont recieve what your paying for. Whats the point of having the policy! This Policy started in 2018 at this agency. This is not cheap insurance. I believe having a broker is more than using the app due to a location expense. This policy along with renters insurance having 3 vehicles. Excessive RATES, there was claims and the initial balance from $2200 was credit down to $660 to not have to pay an accident. There has been disputes and several calls regarding claims and so much loss on my end. Everything is factual along with police reports. Insurance is required so the need to do whats write or being customer service friendly has gone out the door.

03/2023 Dispute reporting negative not resolved billing dispute with Progressive Insurance & Caine & Weiner. Plans never paid a claim. The claims not paid also raised my insurance. Lets not forget the negative information also raised my score and ability to obtain credit! Every month goes by of another incorrect filing using the fair reporting ap. When your company removes the negative from me I will also do the same! Now that's fair right? No positive payments reported to my credit file either? Skip the broker go to the app and save with ROOT it lowers your bill based on the motion on your phone. Be careful and no throwing your phone around or dropping it cause your driving score may lower!
