Between almost being helped when walking in and the guys helping with everything I would give them more then a 5 star. I went in for a missing bolt on my alternator, I didn't know the size or the length all I had was a missing bolt and a YouTube video to go off of on a truck exactly as mine. One of the parts guys there I wish I could remember his name was very very very helpful, letting me use an alternator they had on shelves for my truck and finding a bolt that would fit in the spot needed. After almost finding a bolt I was greeted by Duke E. . Duke was very knowledgeable older man then I was. He shed some information that I didn't know on my truck around them years. All I did was listen and soak up all the knowledge. All you guys were very helpful and best believe I will come back to this location only.

Taking 1 star off. No idea what is going on with this location lately but service and professionalism aren't there anymore. On two occasions, in last 2 weeks, there was at least 6-7 people around register and only 2 are employees. Rest are, I will guess employees friends. Guys are on the phone cursing loudly and not moving away from the register to allow customers to approach. Just very unprofessional atmosphere in the store. UPDATE.
Looks like there was some change at the store and employees mentioned above are gone, added another star back.

MY NUMBER 1 GO TO AT ALL TIMES!! NICK T. AT THIS LOCATION IS THE BEST!! I have had a Commercial account with this location for quite some time now and they are the best through in and out with their speed of service and accurate and amazing pricing. The best part is they take care of my customers as well outside of my shop with them being the best in the DIY department as well!!! See my guys here at this location they are super cool and will help you with anything you need!

I stopped by to get help adding power steering fluid to my vehicle. Ryan was awesome, friendly and helpful! He taught me that you needed the engine running to check power steering fluid which I didn’t know. He added the fluid and even checked my oil while he was helping. I’ve stopped at other places while working and have come across some pretty terrible customer service. Our little neighborhood AutoZone goes above and beyond, there is no reason to go anywhere else! Thanks again Ryan for the excellent customer service?
