My daughter has been taking classes for awhile now and she loves it. We use the homeschool program so it's not too busy and the classes are a bit smaller. The coaches she's had have been great.

The level and lack of instruction is dissappointing. I enrolled my 3.5 yo in classes this summer and she really hasn't improved on any of the skills bc they will not correct her. The coaches are just there while they stumble through the course. My daughter went the wrong way 2x on an obstacle course and was NOT corrected. The 3rd time she ran right into a kid head on. Really upset her.Big thing is that as an establishment, they do not understand where kids are developmentally. You can't give a group of 3 yo 5 minutes of verbal instruction and expect them to excecute said task with multiple steps. The teachers my daughter have had don't do any showing they just talk.

My boys do ninja warrior and they just love it. The coaches are amazing and I love open gym when we can just go and the boys play ($16). It's great to bring new kids as the staff is great to teach good technique.Amazing alternative to other club sports.

I enjoyed watching my granddaughter in her first gymnastics meet. The meet was very organized and kids recognized nicely

Within the first 10 minutes I wanted to leave. The young instructors were confused & didn’t provide any guidance for her. She was just standing there & ended up joining a random group. The teachers were uninterested & acted like they’d rather be somewhere else. At the end they stamped the kiddos hands and joined together in a circle. My little girl was the last to get stamped & missed the group huddle before all of the kids dismissed to leave. She ran to me sobbing. She cried the whole way home & doesn’t want to ever do gymnastics again. This was her first experience & I’m livid. I wouldn’t recommend anyone bring their child here.

Note that many of the five-star reviews here are from staff members! There are some very dedicated coaches at this gym and in the first few years we have some great experiences. However at the team level, the leadership is really *not great*. Communication is a real failure -- the coaches at the team meeting this year told the parents that "gossiping" was against team policy. Then about three minutes later several coaches and the owner, Heather, started gossiping during the meeting -- about another coach who was not present -- in front of all of the parents. Including giggling. *sigh*As a parent, if you speak up, you will be "blacklisted," and coach leaders will send you rude texts and emails. Or they will be rude to you in person and ignore texts. This is not an untrue account of what happens in this gym -- feel free to speak to other parents about it. After the previous team coach left, parents starting commenting about lack of communication. We were told that the previous coach "over communicated." New staff members struggled to even send emails to the right parents.I'm really sad that this gym continues to embrace this toxic culture and cannot see its own problems. It's a lot of money to spend to be treated this way.

I was moved to tears tonight as I watched my daughter interact with her coach during the beginners class. Coach Richie is FANTASTIC! It is obvious that she loves her sport, and she loves sharing her knowledge with her students. What a blessing she is to young athletes.

Wow! After a subpar experience at another gymnastics center in town, we were blown away with the kindness, professionalism and quality of the class when arriving here! If you are looking for a mom/tot or young toddler class with structure, fun, and actual instruction with basics to start acquiring skills… this is the place for you!

You should be ashamed of yourselves. You managed to send a little kid home devastated and balling as I loaded her on the car. Good job. We showed up at 9:25 for the 9:30 sample class and checked in. The person working the counter introduced my daughter to the instructor, who told us that they would call her when the class begins. She had her remove her shoes & socks and take a seat. We did so, 20 feet away and right in the front. We sat there waiting for someone to call her for 25 minutes while one regular class after another started. No one called her, no one said anything about a sample class. The instructor never approached us or said anything else to us as I reined my daughter in for 25 minutes while she watched the other kids get to jump and play. As she was boiling over I decided to go up to the desk to see when her sample class was going to begin and was informed that she was supposed to be with the first class to start... 25 minutes ago. No one called her, as we were told that they would, and the response to the situation was that we could join the nearly finished class or we could try again next week. I get that most of the people working here are extremely young so it's easy to blame them but the fault here lies entirely with the management and their clear lack of a process for this.

We love Xtreme! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Especially Coach Vanessa and the lady that normally is at the desk. I can’t say enough about them. My toddler is very shy and apprehensive to anything and everyone but she loves Coach Vanessa so much. Definitely eases my stress knowing we will have a great experience at gymnastics every time, from the moment we enter to when we leave. My toddler especially loves the stamps she gets after class for a job well done. Thank you, Xtreme and Coach Vanessa!
