Based upon a recent experience I will not return. I was returning an item with receipt. The customer service unfriendly lady, told me she could not read the receipt (not my problem) and said only a gift card could be issued. I immediately looked around so I could spend this card. I purchased three items at self checkout and asked the young man to sssist with this card. He took it swiped and said it's done and I could go ahead and pay the additional amt. Once I did I reviewed the receipt & there was no amt applied. I inquired and the individual said it did. I mean ridiculous and he had taken the card or shall I say stole it. No more Walmart for unless they pay me my money!!

The Automotive manager was a joke. When he couldn't put my car on his lift he refused to use the jack to remove and fix my tire. Incapable of making a human decision without his policy manual.

I purchase items because of the pick up service, however I could have gone into the store and picked out my own items, for how long I have to wait. I am grateful for this service but most of the time, the wait is loooooooooong!

I had box dye for my hair and turns out there’s none in the box. You think that during this time Walmart employees would try and do a better job at making sure there products are sealed but they failed once again. This hasn’t been the first time we’ve bought something that was already open.

Poor service. 1st day... went with a flat tire. Said they were too busy and said tire in stock. Waste of time. 2nd day...Went to have tire put on... Said not in stock so I should order online and send to store. Waste of time. 3rd day... I started to order but said in stock so I called to be sure... they could not figure it out... Waste of more time... I will go somewhere else.

Same issue over and over again! Please restock your shelves! Every time I come here there are empty spots on the shelves. This is not the same issue at the one on 291. I do like the calmness of this one, however. This I more quiet and the people are nicer.

I only shop here because it slightly lessens our grocery bill. It is the typical Walmart. Nothing is ever in stock it is generally not that clean and employees with giant blue carts block pretty much every aisle. They also do not offer a paper bag option. Normally bring my own bags but when I forget them I would enjoy the option for paper or to be able to recycle the plastic bags which they do not offer either. Multiple times I've picked up VERY expired dairy products (like a month expired) and the produce and meat are never fresh, but like I said it's a typical Walmart. I'm not sure what the employees are doing blocking all of the aisles if they aren't rotating product or restocking but check dates if you shop here and expect to only have one brand option for many products.
