All of the negative reviews are honestly ridiculous, all just selfish people, only care about me me me, zero empathy or compassion for anyone but themselves. You people have no clue what's happening behind the scenes, nor how to run it, and yet normal people are getting blamed and berated for it. Somehow people still don't understand the Walgreens system is terrible and doesn't work for the employees too. The store is fine, it has its moments and occasional issues just like every other store. To the nasty, selfish people who wrote those, do better, it's not always about you.

Same as these reviews. They didn't notify me when a prescription was ready twice, blamed it on me. Other prescriptions I've had were not ready for 2-3 days. They blamed this on staffing. I needed an antibiotic that was called in for me and my husband finally went and stood there until they filled it. It would not have been ready for a day or two. Have used them for years but they have been terrible lately. Rethinking who I use.

I switched to this pharmacy at the beginning of 2021. At first the service was very good and quick. Lately all I hear is excuses and not enough staff. I waited for 45 min in line today to get my prescriptions. The app is not updating properly. I had a prescription called in 2 days ago and they still have not processed Very disappointed with this location. Most likely moving to another pharmacy.

A pharmacist there will let God overrule his job. Be human don't shop there.

I don't know if it's staffing or what. But. 2 days before Xmas. Called Walgreens waiting 45 min. Cutoff. Called again. 35 min. Then cutoff. Called store mgr sent me directly to pharmacy asked me couple questions put me on hold 15 min cutoff again. drove to store 10 people ahead of me. Got to the counter, they Had trouble finding my name, etc. said out of stock for my RX, so asked about daughters Rx Sais it's called over to 3rd st Walgreen which I NEVER NEVER USE. Said if I wanted it refilled there it would take another 45 minutes so four people in front of me also prescriptions were sent to the third street for no reason's because none of them go there there was 12 people behind me when I left. so today is the day after Christmas I called the Walgreens on 150 highway was on hold for 30 minutes got cut off called the manager he said the pharmacies closed today because the pharmacist called in so the third Street pharmacy they're closed today so I ended up calling the Walgreen on Lanksford she was able to find a prescription had it filled in 15 minutes and we went and got it idk what's up. But CVS never had these problems ever

I started a Yelp account just to say how horrible the service is here at the pharmacy. So slow never answer the phone And they obviously don't care. With the amount people pay for prescriptions this is horrible.

If you don't need your medicine this is the place for you because your chances of getting them is very very low. I wasn't the customer having problems.

Did you know that the sign outside the building says "Walgreens Pharmacy"? Only this location seems to never have a pharmacist available. Today is 11/29/21. You haven't have a person in the pharmacy since 11/24/21. You need to get this figured out immediately and BTW... stop taking people's money for in store purchases unless/until you are able to staff the sole reason you went into business to begin with. You are a pharmacy, first. Not a grocery store.

If it were possible to give a negative rating to a store, it would be this one. To make a long story short, I was in desperate need to pick up a prescription for my son who is extremely sick. I've had problems with the pharmacy at this location before, so I called ahead to make sure my sons prescription was in process of being filled. After 14 minutes of ringing with no answer, I pull up to the drive-through and see a note posted "no pharmacist on duty". Thinking a pharmacist was on lunch, I called the store manager to see when someone would be back in the pharmacy. It was urgent that I get this prescription for my son picked up before closing. After calling the store to speak with a manager, a young lady who answered the phone said both the manager and the pharmacist had gone home for the day, and that the store would be closing early. Because it was 5 o'clock on a Monday, I was in total disbelief. While I was explaining the urgency of getting my sons prescription picked up, the girl hung up on me. Simply hung up. I have called in a corporate complaint but never in my life have I ever experienced such terrible customer service.

As someone who has to have prescriptions filled each month, I am no stranger to the pharmacy process. I also understand the entire country is experiencing a staffing shortage in almost every market, including where I work. However, I expect my prescriptions filled within a couple days (at the MOST) once sent by my doctor. I use the Walgreens app to track my prescriptions, which say my prescriptions are "estimated pick up" for October 21st. It is now the 25th and they are not filled and the store keeps people on hold for an HOUR then just a hang up. So I get in my car and drive to the store. Lines are excessively long inside and at the drive thru. Can we please get some more pharmacy technicians here?! Pay more. It's Walgreens, they have the money. If I had another option for pharmacy, I would switch immediately. Unfortunately the other stores in town are just as slow right now. Update to my review: I added a star because the kind technician working hard today was apologetic and kindly went to fill my prescription immediately while I was waiting in line. I appreciate her and hope management and/or ownership can find more technicians to support needs.

Sept 9-10th 2021 Over the last 17 hours I tried to obtain a prescription. I could not communicate any way initially other than to show up in person and 5 cars were in line at the Drive Thru window so I went inside where their were 5 people in line. Eventually I reached the counter and I was told the prescription would be ready in 15 minutes, but based on past history I told them I would come back for it later. I came back an hour later and the car line was 8 vehicles deep and the inside line turned out to be about the same so I passed and tried later in the evening, but I did not realize they no longer are open until 9PM, but close at 8PM. So the next morning I got to the Drive Thru window at 7:45 as the first car soon to be followed by 3 additional cars. About 5 minutes after 8AM someone said over the speaker that there would be a delay in opening the Drive Thru Window. Finally someone came about 10 minutes after 8AM and then I found out they had never filled the prescription which was supposed to be filled the day before in 15 minutes. So myself and the 4 cars behind me now had to wait an additional 5 minutes for them to fill it and they could only supply 6 pills because they were out of stock. So in summary I drove to the pharmacy 4 trips in total and spent almost an hour in getting a partial prescription and I have to come back through the lines tomorrow to get the rest of the prescription. So these are the facts from my perspective which I hope the pharmacy and store manager will see in the hopes that they will find a way to improve. I was a former Emergency Medical Technician and there was some urgency to responding to human need which I hope can improve in other areas of the medical community in spite of Covid and other convenient excuses.

Just went through your Drive thru. I've never had any issues at this location. Customer service is usually top notch but today, I must have traveled to the Twilight Zone. Whoever is working the drive thru window, needs to work on her customer service skills. My daughter and I just pulled up and there was no one there but a female voice shouting, "Can I help you?" Me, "Yes, Doctor's office just called in a prescription." The lady lady was rude and said, "Come back in an hour." I understand people having a bad day, but that was uncalled for. I will say something to the store manager when I go pick it up. I can take my business to the other Walgreens at 330 SW Ward. I don't need to be treated in such a manner after my daughter had wisdom teeth extracted. Customer service skills are lacking here.

I try to have grace with overworked people who are doing the best they can. Cashier answered phone hardly got my question out before she cut me off and rudely said you need to hold I'm waiting on customers. I said, ok no problem. She finished quickly got back on the phone and again was short and said I don't know that info, you'll have to come in. Questions were about how long it takes to print an 8x10 and can I order and get it same day. I have no problem being on hold or waiting, I called so I would not have to drive there and find out. Oh well.

Have called 3 times, had to wait on hold for 30 minutes each call just to be hung up on or answered to someone who gave me wrong information instead of taking time to get the right info. Have gone over 2 weeks with out my prescription because of this recurring problem.
