Don't trust the photo department here. Have had issues with multiple orders. I would recommend the photo department at the Lees Summit (Langsford Road) location - I have never had problems there.

All of the negative reviews are honestly ridiculous, all just selfish people, only care about me me me, zero empathy or compassion for anyone but themselves. You people have no clue what's happening behind the scenes, nor how to run it, and yet normal people are getting blamed and berated for it. Somehow people still don't understand the Walgreens system is terrible and doesn't work for the employees too. The store is fine, it has its moments and occasional issues just like every other store. To the nasty, selfish people who wrote those, do better, it's not always about you.

Same as these reviews. They didn't notify me when a prescription was ready twice, blamed it on me. Other prescriptions I've had were not ready for 2-3 days. They blamed this on staffing. I needed an antibiotic that was called in for me and my husband finally went and stood there until they filled it. It would not have been ready for a day or two. Have used them for years but they have been terrible lately. Rethinking who I use.

I switched to this pharmacy at the beginning of 2021. At first the service was very good and quick. Lately all I hear is excuses and not enough staff. I waited for 45 min in line today to get my prescriptions. The app is not updating properly. I had a prescription called in 2 days ago and they still have not processed Very disappointed with this location. Most likely moving to another pharmacy.

Absolutely terrible! The app said my prescription would be ready at 1030. 6 hours later when I arrived they said they were still working it. Told me 20-30 minutes. 50 minutes later I'm walking out. At least they gave me the right prescription this time!

This "pharmacy" needs to just close. You never know what days they will be closed anymore due to not having a pharmacist available and don't go on any Saturday as they are always closed on Saturday now due to staffing(So I was told). If you are lucky enough to visit on the few days a month they are actually open, plan on bringing something to keep you busy as you will wait longer than you would expect. Pharmacy staff have obviously been overworked and no longer seem to care about anything going on around them. Do yourself a favor and drive somewhere else. This place has drastically gone down hill.

The store is fine, but the pharmacy is atrocious. Sure, they have filled my meds okay, but that is the bare minimum. If you decide to pick them up here, bring a book, download a movie, because you will be here for a good chunk of time. Please hire more people for this location, Walgreens, or give them better training. Whatever you’re doing at this one is NOT IT.

I never had any issues with this Walgreens until recently. I had been trying to get a prescription filled since 6/13.First I was told pre-authorization was needed, no problem, did that same day. Made another attempt a couple days later. Preauth was complete but still not filled and was told to come back, did that and they were closed (the entire store) during normal business hours.Went back 2 days later and still not filled, now they are out of stock. The manager kept asking me if I had the app. Whether I had the app or not doesn't change the fact they had my order with preauth and still didn't fill it when it was in stock. She somewhat apologized and I said they would call the nearest location and transfer the order, they didn't do it. I had to call around myself to find another Walgreens that had it in stock. WG on 39th had no problem taking the order and filling it same day.WG on 150 hwy is a joke and needs to shut down all together.

over 24 hours and prescription still not filled. Called to check on status--put on hold, and before it was my turn. I was disconnected. This happened twice. Then called to mgr to check on why it was taking so long. Waited till she returned to tell me, and that call was disconnected. No more pharmacy fills from that place. Walmart, here I come!

I don't know if it's staffing or what. But. 2 days before Xmas. Called Walgreens waiting 45 min. Cutoff. Called again. 35 min. Then cutoff. Called store mgr sent me directly to pharmacy asked me couple questions put me on hold 15 min cutoff again. drove to store 10 people ahead of me. Got to the counter, they Had trouble finding my name, etc. said out of stock for my RX, so asked about daughters Rx Sais it's called over to 3rd st Walgreen which I NEVER NEVER USE. Said if I wanted it refilled there it would take another 45 minutes so four people in front of me also prescriptions were sent to the third street for no reason's because none of them go there there was 12 people behind me when I left. so today is the day after Christmas I called the Walgreens on 150 highway was on hold for 30 minutes got cut off called the manager he said the pharmacies closed today because the pharmacist called in so the third Street pharmacy they're closed today so I ended up calling the Walgreen on Lanksford she was able to find a prescription had it filled in 15 minutes and we went and got it idk what's up. But CVS never had these problems ever

9am appointment and this is what is waiting for you at 9am Tuesday morning. Walgreens sent a reminder Friday of the previous week not saying anything about new operating hours with opening hours at 9am. So apparently they open at 9 and spend 30min getting ready before they see anyone. Poor management of this location.After 45min, being 2nd in line at opening...this poorly managed pharmacy let 2 people get vax'ed before I was finally able to get my work mandated unwanted jab. These 2 were around 50th in line as the customers were wrapping around the store.They sell Soup Sandwich's at this location, come get one...its as bad as it sounds.Update...as of 3weeks later...Google sent an email stating over 10000 views on this review. And still no response from Walgreens...oh wellAlso...They have two sites to review....one is only for the Walgreens store with a 1star rating and the second is for Walgreens Pharmacy with a 2.8 star rating. Make sure you look in both review locations

This pharmacy has gone from bad to worse. Don’t even bother trying to call because they don’t answer the phone and the staffing is ridiculous. Might as well close the place!
