I gave this pharmacy 4 stars because every business could improve on something! To give 5 stars leaves no room to improve and let’s face it, everyone can always improve on something. The customer service here is good, though they could improve on how quickly they answer phone calls. Also they could improve on how often they check the mailbox for incoming prescriptions. I feel like I have to call often to get them to check the incoming scripts. Otherwise the staff here is very nice and helpful! Good luck Walgreens

Pharmacy staff is excellent under the supervision from Head Pharmacist who teaches such great care and good attitude towards all patrons. Prescriptions are usually filled farely quick and always provide more information about your medicine and how to properly take your dosage. Great customer service staff that's not a part of the pharmacy as well.

Awful customer service! They never answer the phone in a timely manner; it always takes at least an hour on hold to speak with someone. Half the time when you actually get someone on the line, they can’t answer your questions or assist you. Pathetic.

If you are a woman, or possibly anyone, who cares about your health, do NOT go to this Walgreens. Might want to find a different company all together. On June 23, 2022, at approximately 4:10 pm, the male pharmacist on duty refused to fill a prescription for a woman having an ACTIVE miscarriage. Not only did he refuse to fill it, he refused to call the woman's doctor and additionally refused consult with the woman herself. This pharmacist is a DISGRACE to the industry. A pharmacist's role is NOT to apply their moral stance to a medication. Their role is to ensure the proper dosage is being given for the condition being treated and making sure there are no contraindications with any other medications a patient is prescribed. This pharmacist should have his licensed revoked and find a different field to work in.

Pharmacist on staff 6/23/22 at around 4pm refused to fill prescription for Misoprostol. The patient was actively miscarrying her child so her doctor prescribed this medication to help shorten and lessen the chance of complications with her miscarriage. This is unethical and this person should be ashamed of themselves. Walgreens needs to make sure their pharmacists are willing to do their jobs or let them go.

The pharmacist here is a total piece of $&@$. Thinks he's all high and mighty deciding who gets what medication even if they have prescriptions for a miscarriage.

Pharmacist refuses to fill prescriptions for women's health needs based on personal beliefs. Not only refuses this, but ALSO REFUSES to speak with the clients needing the medication to communicate alternative locations where it can be obtained WHICH IS ILLEGAL. Boycott this location in solidarity until this pharmacist is fired.

Absolute worst customer care in Pharmacy. You decided you don't have to answer your phone's? I tested positive for Covid and waiting 3 days for this place to fill 3 scripts. No phone call nor text from them and in 3 days on several different occasions tried holding for a live person and it never happened. Maybe had I shown up with my Covid self and demanded my meds you would have got them ready? Unbelievable and unacceptable. Taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for the 3 nights of sleep I didn't get because you can't seem to fill any scripts.

There is not one good thing to say about this pharmacy. In Jan 2021 switched to this pharmacy and have had a problem every single month, just trying to pick up medication. Prescriptions on auto refill aren’t even filled on time. The Pharmacy is closed at random times and the store manager has a solid “not my problem” attitude.
