I found the car I wanted on their website and called to make sure it was still available. I was connected to my salesman “Stephon” that was eager to assist me. Upon arrival, he had the car in front ready for me to test drive! The entire team; (sales to service) Stephon, Justin, Noah and Scott all went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with everything regarding my purchase. They never made you feel rushed or pressured and I was treated with the utmost respect from start to finish! THANK YOU!

SERVICE ONLY-This service request started months ago. After Richard had not responded, Matt took over my case. I started with an oil leak that was repaired, and then my oil light came on again after 5000 miles; at the same time, my sunroof started leaking, so I had that checked out and was told that the parts needed to be ordered and the whole unit would need replace and would take an entire days repair. While onsite, I was told that I would need an oil change to do an oil consumption test and that I would need to call Matt a little before 600 miles. Several messages were left well past 600 miles, and there was no response. After a month, I finally called to talk with the service manager, and I was sent to a service concierge who got Matt on the phone. Matt scheduled an appointment for last week, and I showed up at 8 am and waited for 30 minutes to be shuttled off to Hertz, where I had to pay for a rental. AND THEN I was told that the parts were not there and that I would need to return them on Friday. I showed up on Friday, and Matt said, "Same scenario as yesterday." Wait for Hertz...I asked Matt about service loaners in an earlier conversation, and he said that VW has 13 and they are all out. I asked him if this was only going to take a day? Are you open tomorrow? Yes, but hertz is not....So, I will be stuck with a rental over the weekend? Why don't you schedule this around the return of a service loaner, and then I'm not out additional$$$ Matt asked the sales to borrow their service loaner, and it worked out because they kept my car inside over the weekend, so the glue could adhere. I show up on Monday, and I'm greeted with "all the work done, and we got VW to pay for it since you're over 50,000 miles"'...Wait, I brought you this problem at 45,000miles AND my VW is certified FROM your dealership. Your job is Customer Service and Logistics. Knowing how long the repair will take, Making sure the parts are in, and having a service loaner available. and most of all making sure that your customer knows EVERYTHING that is going on during this process.

I highly recommend choosing Kattya as your sales rep! She’s great at what she does and went above and beyond for me. Even came in on her off-day to get me back on the road again!! Great experience!!

Called to make an appointment to have my vehicle to serviced, went through all their automated prompts, and was still transferred 2 times. Once the third person answered, he acted as though I was interrupting his day and annoyed that I called.

Updated for 2024. I traded in my 2018 Jetta from the original review for a 2024 Tiguan on January 7th, 2024. I started to complain about a horrendous rattle from the drivers side b pillar in May. My first oil change (10k)was due the first week of June. I set an appointment with Scott, the service manager for June 7th. All was well until they lowered my car from the lift and onto a toolbox. The door would not close right and now the rattle got worse. I've been in 2 times for this and still have a messed up door. It's now August 26th, no resolution in sight. I've tried several times to get into touch with Scott. He is absolutely horrible to get a hold and to return phone calls. I then dealt with Richard, the assistant manager and he was decent, he would at least call me back. Since then I have tried their customer relations lady, Cheryl , I believe. What a joke, all she did was transfer me to Scott's voicemail. They tried to fix the rattle 2 times now and it still is not solved. I am so disappointed with the service department, the employees and lack of care from this dealership. They damaged my brand new car and are doing absolutely nothing to do address it. I will never buy another VW from this dealership ever again unless this is taken care of in a professional manner. Absolutely terrible way to treat a loyal customer.
First of all, this was my first time stepping into a car dealership. I was doing a good bit of research on the car I wanted and had a Jetta previously and really loved it. I travel ~55 miles a day and needed something with great MPGs to help out the wallet. Upon looking around, I found this dealership was by far the best rated around. I initiated contact with a friendly gentleman, Fisher. He worked with Steve and David to get me into a car fitted my needs and budget. Not only that but they were all helpful, informative and easy to get along with. Fisher did a great job at occupying the down time(financing etc) by giving me a tour of the awesome building they have. I am beyond thrilled I chose them as my dealership! Thank you all for everything!

Very helpful and professional. I was not expecting to be an owner of a new car, just tagging along to go somewhere else. The additional staff who helped me (Steve and Michael) were amazing too! Hats off to all of you for making my experience well worth the time.

Nate Blair made it happen in getting the car of my dreams. He advocated for me in what I wanted. Searched the lot to find the best car suitable for what I was wanting. (Get Nate a golf cart!) Nate treated me like family and made sure to put in a car he would feel safe one of his family members driving. Nate also made the experience extremely enjoyable. I wouldn’t want to buy a car from anyone else. Nate even gave me the sun glasses he was wearing. Never had a more considerate sales person than him. Nate’s the best.

Absolutely love this company and working with them! my car that i had prior to working with this company broke down once again after putting $1505 dollars into it being fixed. gregory who I worked with was absolutely so kind to help me get into buying a new car with a dealership for my first time! his customer service was beyond amazing. he was so honest about the cars you want to look into and what all comes down to it and the prices of it and if he thinks it’s a good fit for you or not! you can tell he truly cares about his customers and what they want and if it truly will be a good car for them or not im so thankful i got to work with him through this process of buying a new car i wouldnt have wanted to work with any other company or anybody else besides him!❤️
