This place is a complete joke. The store hours aren’t on the door, the app has different hours listed than when they are actually open, and they LOCK the doors 30 minutes before they close so no one else can get in. Then if you actually scan their code at the door upon entering to get in their “que”, if the store is due to close and they haven’t gotten to your number in the que yet, they kick you out. The store manager “Jess” says its their policy to not help you even if you checked in an hour before the store closes. I have never experienced such poor customer service. Wow.

Not enough staff... The staff try their hardest. However, they unfortunately are not well educated on options to help with issues. More just trying to sell phones and whatnot.It's a great spot if you are in need of basic service, though. I wouldn't totally rule it out!

Angel help me this AM, when I was reeeally in a spot. I'm a touring musician, and am in a different city every night, and knowing I was leaving town at noon, she pulled all the stops to try to help me get a new phone on a manufacture defect, before I left town. THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP!

While the end Result is 2 stars, they're lucky there was one young man in the building who got them that.My phone has been junk ever since I bought it FROM Verizon. The back camera glass cracks due to the phone overheating and I have to pay hundreds of dollars to have it repaired each time. 4th time was enough for me, so I took it up to the store and asked if insurance would cover it. The first young man was very respectful, and gave me numbers and emails, but when he asked his boss or co-worker how to proceed, he came over and was just flat out rude. Attitude through the roof, and short with me. He said you will have to call the number". I then informed him the back glass keeps breaking because it overheats. He said the same thing to me again, like I didn't hear it the first time. "You will have to call the number" short, rude and with attitude with a look like on his face like he doesn't care. I asked who should I bill to have the phone repaired because I'm tired of paying out of pocket for this, and he said "bill Google its not our problem." I let him know they sold me the phone not Google, and he said that's not how it works. Yeah, I get it, buddy. The simple fact is, if you would have took 10 seconds to listen and even ACT like you cared, this review would have been completed differently. If you're in a good mood, stay out of this location. The atmosphere is AWFUL.

They clearly didn’t want my business anymore. I walked in wanted to turn two of my phones in, cancel a line, and purchase a new iPhone 14 pro. Not only where they extremely rude, the employee and manager had no idea how to do a relatively simple task of trading in a couple of phones for a new one. When they finally got me a quote it was over $350 plus an increase in my monthly bill. It was absurd. They also charge to set up your phone. You know when you take a picture of your old phone and it automatically transfers to the new one? Yea that’s $30. They also kept trying to convince me to use their upper tier unlimited plan even though I walked in saying exactly what I wanted. “I want to trade these two phone in for an iphone14 pro and cancel one line. I’d like your cheapest unlimited plan”. They couldn’t even get me a quote without going to the back for 5 minutes each time. Eventually I had enough. Grabbed my phones. Left. Went to T-Mobile, and had a better deal only trading in one phone than I was going to get trading in two at Verizon. The only reason I paid the higher price for Verizon was as customer service. Well I’m done now, and I won’t be back. I want a straightforward phone plan and this entire experience felt like a scam. ByeEdit: Your response, which is identical to all the others simply affirms my belief I made the right decision to switch to T-Mobile that day. You’ve lost your chance. You should’ve lost it when it took you three extra months to pay off my service line I switched to you from 7 years ago.

The customer care agents Darren and Dylan were not helpful, especially Darren. He was very rude and not helpful. Hope they can get trained to be kind and helpful, so customers can get satisfied with a puchasing experience.

My wife and I were belittled and met with rude comments when we were shopping for a new cell plan and a new phone for my wife. The rude young woman that helped (very loose term) us on the evening of 7/29/2023 was extremely bitter about the questions my wife had in regards to a new Samsung phone. Our experience at this Verizon location left us with a bad taste and we will gladly take the time to drive to the Blue Springs location to receive help over this store.
