when I entered the store the two girls behind the counter acted as if they did not care if I was there are not. They looked and acted very unprofessional. I would try to go to anyplace else but that store.

Voicemail full, couldn't call before wasting a trip looking for notary services. Automated menus say notary available until 4pm, they're gone by 330 on a Friday and not back till Monday. Super helpful so I went to the Belton location to get what I needed.

Kacee went above and beyond to make sure that our mistake was rectified. My mom accidently gave an envelope for a Verizon phone claim as an Amazon return, not realizing what she was doing. Kacee took the time search for the items before realizing a truck had already picked them up.She then asked for the driver to return so she could continue searching. She ultimately found the mistaken item and scanned it appropriately. She saved the day! Thank you, Kacee!!

The manager was really nice & refunded the difference & even offered to cut the PKG down as the size they used made the price $100 more .They told me $35 to $40 to pack an antique doll to ship to Thailand. I left it there for that price to pack. Went back to get it and charged me $55.55 and told me I couldn't have the doll unless I paid it. They did not say this is just an estimate. How do you charge that much more? What if I didn't have the extra $$. Plus they put it it a lot longer box so now my shipping cost is even more too. I'm out about $100 because of them. Never use them again.

I payed for 1000 dollar insurance on a package and I requiered a signiture . However I guess its My bad I was unaware any signiture would do. I was under the impression the person I sent the package to was to sign for it . Or why else would I insure it and ask for signiture . expensive lesson.Thanks UPS.
