Never lets me down. Love this UPS store location on woods chapel. Whether it’s emailing a file to have printed, ship a gift or make an Amazon return, it’s always fast and easy to business here. Everyone behind the counter is eager to help or answer questions or take used shipping boxes I don’t want to send to the landfill. Pride of ownership shows.

This review is pertaining to the Woods Chapel location: I’ve only visited once and I needed some paperwork notarized and sent off. The customer service was wonderful and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The service was fast and the staff were knowledgeable ? I would visit again.

Love this location and the staff! We own our own small business and they are always so kind and most helpful. Best UPS ever and best customer service I ever get. I've been going to this store for almost two years and go out of my way to go there because they are so helpful, fast, and kind. Matt(I believe is the store manager) is amazing. I always enjoy speaking to him and his team. Can not recommend and store of any sort more highly than this one.

I recently had a situation where I left a personal item in my return Amazon package. I was very upset with myself because I thought it was gone forever. This crew graciously searched through all the packages they had in store to find mine and return my things before it was shipped out. I cannot thank them enough for going out of their way to help me out…. I thought it was gone forever. They were so nice over the phone and worked overtime even when they were busy! Thank you guys so much you are awesome!!!

My printer stopped working an hour before an event. I was worried I wasnt going to be ready for the event.I called and Mimi answered. She was very polite and understood the urgency. She had it ready for me when I showed up.I made it to the event on time with the required items because of her. Thank you for saving the day!
