The company that owns the Go Carwash are awful horrible people. They don't pay companies who build these places. I'm going to go out on a limb and say they have the same business practice across the board and that's why service and reviews are so bad. I'd go somewhere else.

I come here everyday with my membership. They used to be great. Lately, the vacuums are never working. 9/10 they’re all clogged up and have no suction. It’s been this way the past few months. Cancelling my membership.

This used to be good location but several issues on my last visit!! On October 2nd, there were issues with the credit card machine and the manager had to come out. Then when I went through the car wash and out to the vacuums, I had to move my car FIVE times to find one that worked and when I did the suction was very low!! Another customer experienced the same issues. Then upon leaving I tried to call to discuss my issues and the number just kept ringing. Very disappointing!!!

Terribly experience.When paying for my car wash. An employee was outside helping. He pointed out a spider that was on the outside of my car. Proceeded to fling the spider (large, fuzzy, red and black In color) at me and into my car. He then told me after he flung it in my car that the spider looked poisonous. After this he asked for my credit card to pay. He didn’t apologize or show any signs of apprehension to what he did.On top of this, the wash of my was terrible and the vacuums have poor suction.

Purchased the $18 premium wash. They didn’t get half the bugs off of my wife’s car. When she told them there was quite a few spots not cleaned, they said she would have to pay to go through again. What kind of a car wash doesn’t offer to go through again immediately after when the results are poor? Wouldn’t recommend.

The manual car wash bays are in rough shape. Mat hangers were busted in all bays we moved to and the hose leaked the soap etc when we washed. Was hoping to teach my son but everything was so broken he was asking why?

The kid directing me and doing the initial rinse of my car was literally on his phone and was aiming his hose away from my vehicle not paying attention. I’m not sure if he even got my car wet

they really need to clean the wheel wells better. I e got a monthly membership thru my employer because I recommended go car wash to them and that they had done a great job however now they're starting to slip.

Vacuums wrapped in duct tape to keep together, suction horrible. The self serve wash was horrible and expensive and took a chip on my hood and peeled the paint off even more. Quarters kept falling out of the part you put them in so had to insert 3xs. This place is just junk

Its an ok carwash. I only had my wife's car here because this wash would not clean my truck very well.When i went to cancel my membership they took the money out of my account anyways 4 days later.

This was my favorite car wash. But the prices keep going up, and the quality is going down. Today half of the vacuum hoses were missing nozzles or hoses and the remaining hoses had very weak to no suction. I had to walk around and try 6 different hoses before I found one that barely worked. One of the hoses fell apart in my hand. I won’t be going back to this car wash.

My Son's car was damaged in the amount over $1000.00. Son filed a claim. They won't pay. The GM and DM watched the video, as described by the GM on the phone, and the GM claimed that a roller went underneath the back tire and raised up the back end. What they couldn't see is the side where the damage occured. The passenger side strut was bent 20 to 30 degrees. What my son felt is his car going off the track and another car coming right behind him. The GM told me there are 3 rollers between the vehicles to prevent collision. However, another manager who took the claim said collisions do happen. My Son put the car in drive and, due to fear of getting hit, drove out of the car wash. The manager taking the claim said, "I would have done the same thing." The GM stated that the operator chose to drive out so that is why they are not responsible. I believe for my son's safety he chose to avoid a collision. Lost my family's business, but we will continue to seek compensation. We received the Distrct Manager's contact information from the manager taking the claim and he said that he would get back with us if we email. Not once did he attempt to contact us after email sent.Update..6/3 Still no contact from the Distrct Manager. Only the GM who claims, at 22 years old, to have been in the car wash business for 10 years. Well, if your going to lie about that then.....
