I would never shop here again. My purchase experience with the mother was wonderful. After getting home the large LV I bought would not zip closed. I called and spoke to the daughter who was extremely rude and had no customer service skills. She simply stated there are imperfections in every bag. I agree with this but a purse that won’t even close is not an imperfection. There was not even a suggestion to come in and see what we can do. I will never shop here again.

This place is so unique, my Wife and I absolutely love going there! I have been there a couple of times and each time I have been there I see something I didn't see before, also the Family that runs the business is very nice and makes you feel very comfortable shopping with them.
