I can't say enough about the crew at Telle Tire Lee's Summit East location. I know it's a new name and New look but it is the same honest people conducting business!!! Telle Tire found a gem when they purchased this shop! The crew there is second to none! Ron, Dave, and Danny really do have the customers best interest when they handle business. If i could give more stars i absolutely would. Thank you for your work fellas!
Add on- These guys STILL ROCK! Danny is such an amazing human being!!! Keep him around! I have nothing bad to say about Ron or Dave either. They really make me feel like i am part of the family!

Great experience for my first time at this shop. Will definitely be taking both my car and truck for service there. Honesty is the key for me! Friendly staff/mechanics that only fix what needs fixed and they give you the price up front after finding the issue and they don’t rope you into things that don’t need fixed like other car shops. Give them your business!

They came to the rescue yesterday. I did not realize I needed a type of inspection for my 1-year-old new to me vehicle. After waiting in line at the DMV, I was in search for a business who could provide this inspection in a timely manner. I walked in and they immediately took great care of me. It took a mere 15 minutes to get the inspection. They were incredibly personable and responsive to my situation. I would highly recommend them!

I had all my vehicles, including my motorcycle, inspected at this facility. Given my limited time, I informed the staff upon arrival. The service was efficient and conducted with utmost professionalism. I will continue to entrust my vehicles to this establishment in the future.

Not only was the service SUPER fast but the staff was INCREDIBLY friendly. They talked to me like a normal person and not like someone who knows nothing about cars. I really appreciated the kindness and knowledge the team has so I will most definitely be back!

First time I have been to the Auto Clinic. I had a battery replaced in our Lexus. I called & was able to get in to get scheduled within 45 minutes of my call. I was at the Clinic about 15-20 minutes. Staff was friendly. Work was done quickly & well. I will use them again in the future.
July 2024 went to the same location which is now Telle Tire & Auto for a MO inspection. I waited about 20 minutes for them to complete the inspection. Very timely & easy check-in / out. Staff was friendly.
