I frequent this Target location often because it is near my home. But lately I noticed there have been issues with my “pick up orders” First- I have received several wilted, mushy fruit items and close date dairy items. Second- I notice when I check in, that other cars that have arrived after me get their orders before I do! Today for instance, I had a very small order of 4 things! Every single car that pulled up minutes after me received their items first! When my items finally came out, the young person walked to my car and had on hideous house slippers and didn’t even greet me! How is that dor customer service?!
Worst experience ever and I will not be using order pickup at this location anymore. I will take the time to go into the store myself and get the items myself. Pickup is supposed to be convenient but I felt like my time and money meant absolutely nothing!

Unfortunately there is no zero star option but that is what this establishment deserves. The workers here do not care for their customers, and had overall horrible customer service. My friend lost her phone inside the store, we went to customer service and the workers there were anything but kind, they barely gave us a second thought and when the manager came, she brushed it off and went on a register. We were inside the store for about an hour waiting, just for some guy to come over and said he had set it on a fridge, and picked it up. We could have saved so much time and hassle if the employees cared a little more. Or if had gotten turned into the desk in the first place. Never coming again, and you shouldn’t either.

I've been a customer at this Target since it opened and have never seen it in the state it was on Sunday, 5/19. Whew...what a mess! There was so much merchandise on the floor in the clothing department that navigating a shopping cart was challenging; I had to move so many things to avoid running over them. My daughter was looking for a swimsuit and commented that there weren't many options. As it turned out, it looked like more than half the stock was in the dressing rooms, in the dressing room area, and on a rack outside of the dressing room waiting to be returned to shelves. In other parts of the store, merchandise was off the hooks/shelves and haphazardly tossed on the bottom shelves. There were many employees about, but they all had scanners and carts filling online orders. It will be a while before we return because the store environment was so messy and chaotic that it was a stressful, unpleasant shopping experience.

Staff tried to assist but only one person knew where my product was located. And, unfortunately, the item was out of stock. A bit frustrating. Quite a few out of stock items, which is strange for a major department store. Management needs to get it together at that facility.

Shopping at Target is less stressful than shopping at the competitor’s for several reasons: friendly employees, great selection, competitive prices, and a clean store just to name a few.

I used to shop here a lot but since Covid the shelves are always bare now and the prices to high. Customer service is always good though.

I always have a good experience whenever my husband and I visit our local Target! We prefer this location over all the others in the surrounding KC area!

The very best part of shopping Target is knowing your associates will be kind, considerate, helpful, professional, caring and willing to listen!
Today I left my phone on the shelf holder in my cart which I’d put in cart bay in parking lot. Your associate had it locked in a drawer at your service desk.
Thank you, huge thanks!
I’m very thankful for your store. You are the BEST!

I went to target the other day to get a cord for an iPad. Of course they’re locked up, so I had to wait & wait for someone to show up. The zombie girl didn’t even ask, What can I do for you, or what can I help you with? I said I need to look at a couple of these, so she unlocked the merchandise, and I said I guess I’ll get this one. Nothing, absolutely nothing from her at all. She couldn’t even hand me the bag. She set it next to the register and walked off. Not even a thank you. She had the personality of a dead fish. Little girl has no business working with the public. But this is indicative of Target, the management, and overall customer service.

This Target has a serious problem with leaving expired items on the shelves! On some of the whole grain bread the ones in front expired today so I checked the ones behind and they expired a week ago. It only seems to be an issue with a few specific items but just double check expiration dates before you purchase things. I have also had men follow me and get way too close to me multiple times in this store even when I'm with my boyfriend.
Edit: Just found out that the corn tortillas we bought last week from this target expired before we even bought them
