First time user of storage facilities. Ed was very helpful and friendly. Gave needed size advice and I am pretty sure unit selected will work when I move in later this week. I got a great intro "promo" rate but am disappointed that I couldn't be given what my rate will be after 3 months.

Our experience with the Lees Summit Storage Mart Rt 291 location has been fantastic. We started renting on May 6, 2023 and our last day was Oct 16, 2024. The process to move in and out was seamless and communication was on point. Ed, the property manager, is super friendly and very easy to talk to. If we ever need to rent a storage unit again, we will most definitely go back to this location. This has been an excellent experience. Thanks, Ed!!!

My husband and I stored our belongings in a climate controlled unit for a little over 3 months while our house was built. The units were well taken care of and the manager Ed was so great to work with! We would definitely use StorageMart again in the future.
