truly horrible customer service. The agent had a name tag that that was different from what other employees called him. His answer to everything was - well, you have to do that online. They refused to do anything in store, but were trying to sell me everything they could think off. told me repeatedly that I would have to change my number. Then come to find out they dont actually have any popular phones in the store. Again, well you have to do that online. rude to boot. Absolutely worthless.
